While we were waiting for our food, my boys briefly stepped into Nobelrags. As they were leaving, the employee stopped them and accused them of possibly taking a chain. My son immediately turned out his pockets per her request, when she didn't find anything there, she then asked him to show the front pocket of his hoodie as well. After finding nothing, she simply said "sorry." This situation made my children feel singled out, uncomfortable, and embarrassed. No child should be made to feel like a suspect without cause, especially when they were doing nothing wrong and were fully cooperative. What could have been a normal family outing turned into an upsetting experience for them, and it affected the rest of our time there. I hope the business takes this seriously and provides better training on how to approach situations like this with respect and professionalism.

They also have a lot of seasonal items without being overwhelming like HomeGoods. Don't get me wrong. I love HomeGoods, but sometimes I go in there and my head just starts spinning. I've consistently found that TJ Maxx has the best prices on these items consistently. Sometimes the line at the register is really long, but they are generally pretty efficient and you can get through it without too much pain.
