I recently brought my Tacoma into Toytec Lifts for the Boss Suspension install along with new wheels and tires. The customer service at Toytec Lifts was second to none. David M helped me find the right suspension during our first conversation and remained my point of contact throughout the entire process. With this being my first suspension upgrade I had a ton of questions and David was very patient and detailed with his answers. I felt completely comfortable that I was going to like what I was getting before I even brought the truck in for the install. During the install, David went above and beyond while he continued to update me on the progress and included pictures of the process. After the install was complete, the technician who had preformed the work came out and discussed my alignment stats and he and David answered all my questions. I left there 110% satisfied!! A month later, I called David back to order my spare wheel/tire set but the wheels were on back-order for 4 weeks. I had a trip coming up where I would be driving to the east coast and David made it happen and got me the spare wheel/tire set I needed for my trip even though they were still on back-order. Again, I can not express enough how great the customer service is at Toytec Lifts. They make you feel like you are a member of their team and not just another customer. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle into Toytec Lifts for any services. They will be my only place I go from this day forward. read more

Disappointed in the customer service and overall experience I received at toytec. I purchased a full King Suspension kit with the Total Chaos control arms and the whole setup squeaks and makes noises. For a $4k kit I would assume it would not make these sounds, I have spoken with other shops and they say it should not make any sounds at all. Mike the "customer service manager" has been rude through the whole experience, making snarky remarks when I would ask questions and was very condescending. I am new to lifted trucks and am not sure how everything works with the suspension, leaf springs etc. Being talked down to is not how you win clients or build brand loyalty, I will not be going back to toytec in the future for any of my Tacoma needs. There are too many companies willing to give great customer service and support and I will gladly give them my business. read more

The lifts are good, but the service kills the positives. I purchased a replacement shock and didn't want to drive it and get grease all over. So I pay an expedite fee and am told they walked it to the floor to ensure it got out "that day". This is Thursday morning. Tuesday, there is still no part at my door step. Upon calling, I find out it hasn't even shipped, yet!!! They blame Covid. Ok, I can understand it slipping a day .. ok.. maybe two, but this is Tuesday. (and yes, we are all dealing with Covid) If you're not delivering it, tell the customer. But don't tell them it is expedited and they will have it on Saturday FedEx, and not ship it until Tuesday. That is assuming it actually shipped, today. Time will tell. Just overall frustrated with the service. For the amount of money dropped on these parts, service should be much better. read more

ToyTec went above and beyond for me. I drove 6 hours just to have them work on my suspension. The original plan was to have my icons serviced and new ball joints pressed but that couldn't exactly happen. The icons were damaged beyond what they had parts to fix and I didn't want to put something busted back on... Marcus and the team helped me to find a replacement pair of coilovers and installed them same day so that I could get back home before the huge winter storm hit. They made sure I was comfortable and even helped me with a ride so that I could get to a scheduled doctors appointment while my car was being worked on. Not only were they A+ on customer service, the shocks are installed correctly and the alignment is great. They were worth the 12 hours of driving. Absolutely love them. read more

Toytec is amazing. I have worked with them for literally YEARS since the company started in a garage. It has grown to an amazing outfit offering superior products at great prices. I purchased a lift for Lexus GX470 and it is amazing. I had one bump in the road literally--my vehicle had a variation in bump stop length so I did not need the included extenders. That said, it took measurements, collaboration, and a little time to figure out why mine was different. As soon as David M worked through tech with me--I removed the bumpstop extenders and it is GAME ON! Bottom line--these guys even refunded my money for parts way after the sale as for my application it turns out I didn't need them. You can't get better support or service. read more

When it was time to replace the spacer lift on my 2006 4Runner I contacted "David" at Toytec. I did a ton of online research in regards to which direction I wanted to go with my suspension prior to going to Toytec, so I felt fairly confident with my decision. From the very beginning David was extremely helpful and informative. All email correspondence prior to the phone sale(even after the sale when I sent photos of the install)was very prompt. He did not try to oversell me on anything nor sugarcoat any of the options that were available to me. All items arrived as promised and faster than estimated. I am the wife. I am not into the whole lift thing....but my husband is. He bought me a new to me 2012 Lexus 460. Was it really for me?? Then he had it lifted, new wheels and tires. In my limited experience, when you lift, it never drives the same and usually costs too much money when things break down. So I was not on board with this modification. Well, we have had my luxury truck back for a week now. He FINALLY let me drive my truck :). I am over the moon with it! I swear it drives better, more solid. Its sexy now. Being an older truck, the OME P/Ns have changed since they made the chart I have but Jason was easily able to source everything I needed for the complete kit. Parts arrived well ahead of the backorder estimate & in perfect condition. Pricing is also better than other sources I researched online. I'm not sure where to start, lol. Since i started the search for an aftermarket lift kit to installation of the lift kit, toytec was there to guide me and answer all the questions I had. Even when I totaled my 02 4runner before installing the kit, I would have never found out that most of that kit fits my 03 sequoia , and even sent me the remaining parts i needed to complete the kit and saved me a headache and alot of money. The staff was very knowledgeable and confident and my sales representative David never skipped a beat, when I sent emails they were answered almost immediately. Installed the Boss kit with SPC UCAs and rear AAL a few weeks ago and I am beyond impressed. My order arrived 3 days after it was purchased. I am always skeptical but Toytecs proof is in the pudding. The ride is far superior to stock. It soaks up bumps and drops like nothing. I did the install myself(first time) and everything went together as it should.
