I've had my car detailed here multiple times and have had a great experience each visit. Jeff is thorough, professional, and always on time -- my car comes back looking immaculate every session. I noticed some mixed reviews on here, and while I can't speak to anyone else's experience, I did want to share mine. Running a small business post-pandemic is no easy feat, and from what I've seen, he is genuinely working hard and doing the best he can in a tough climate. Overall, my car looked really good after Jeff's car wash. Unfortunately, I'm giving 1 star for the lack of accountability and immediate denial of any possibility of damaging my driver side window. His response was short of anything professional. Before confronting Jeff about this issue, every interaction was smooth and cordial. I was looking forward to his services. It seems like when confronted with an issue that he may have been responsible for, it is not something he handles well. My car is brand new, purchased a few weeks ago. There were absolutely no scratches on my window before Jeff provided his services. This was also my first car wash on this vehicle. So, there is no chance of anyone else scratching my window. Ok, maybe there's still a chance that a passerby could have scratched it; but considering the pattern of the scratch and it being across the window from top to bottom, I HIGHLY doubt it. But that's besides the point, I know there were NO scratches on my window prior to my car wash. I kept a close eye on my car everyday since I purchased it and often sat in it during my lunch breaks at work. I look out the window of it everyday, and would have noticed this scratch sooner if it was, in fact, present before the car wash. It's an eyesore from where I sit. After I picked up my car and drove home, I noticed some scratches on my window when I stepped outside to examine it in the sunlight (it's hard to see this in the parking garage). The scratches appear horizontal. It's difficult to capture on a photo, but I attached a photo. If you zoom in you can see the swirling pattern between the horizontal lines. The type of pattern that would fit polishing/cleaning a window. The scratches are deep enough to catch a fingernail. His apparent lack of accountability led me to disregard pressing him any further, and I opted to post a review instead. It's an easy fix, so it's not the biggest issue. I simply don't like how Jeff handled the situation. I asked if he had on a watch or any object that could have damaged my window. He said no. However, I have dashcam footage of him wearing a bracelet and watch. Does this definitively prove that he damaged it? No. But common sense and logic would tell me that he most likely did, given all my prior points mentioned. Sure, I could have pressed him further, but he lied about having any objects that would have scratched my window and that told me that anything else I said to him would result in further denial from him. So, here we are. Beyond that, I noticed smudges on my car and water marks with dirt on the trunk/bumper area still. There's also a yellow stain on the roof of my car that can't seem to be removed. On my passenger side fender vents, dirt/white stains were still present. There was also a lot of visible dust on the dashboard and gear shift console. It didn't even look like he touched it at all. Nothing's perfect, I understand, but I'm paying $125. I expect something a little better than that, and I would have overlooked it, if it weren't for the type of response I received from him when confronted about the window scratch. A partial refund or referral for a free service repair would have sufficed. Shit happens, I get it. Just own up to it. There was another review stating that Jeff doesn't take ownership for causing damage to a client's vehicle. I second that. 3.5 stars for the overall wash and detail. 1 star for customer service/lack of accountability and window scratch and minor imperfections. By chance if you're reading this, Jeff, please take off your watch and bracelet when washing other people's cars. I know for a fact that metal from accessories can potentially scratch glass. I know you could probably care less about anything I said here and that you will never acknowledge the possibility of scratching my window, but it had to be said. On the off chance that I'm completely wrong and you can prove it, or if you're able to compensate for the damages, I'll gladly take back everything I said and revise this review; although that is not my intention, whatsoever, for this post. Do NOT go to Jeff. He talks a big game. He is detailing in a garage. So the light is not the best. After I pay and get outside I notice many spots under and around the seats he neglected to clean and vacuum. In the cupholders there was still stains. All this dude is using to clean is windex and a microfiber towel and not even giving it any kind of elbow grease - no power and NOT paying attention to details. I even provided my own cleaner for the seats which he said he used. He lied. When I got in the light and started using to see a comparison, the stains were easily coming out which shows me he didn't use it at all. I brought him a used car I just purchased. But it is very very well taken care from an older couple. His excuse was "there's only so much you can do on a 20 year old car." Overall the vibe I got is Jeff is a lazy liar looking for a quick buck and does be even have the proper tools to detail anything. He then goes on to tell me for $300 more dollars he can do a good job. Originally I was going to buy all the stuff I needed and clean it on my own and I heavily regret I ever found his information. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else... I'm sure children can do a better job and this fake ass - wanna be detailer. read more

I had a basic car wash done here. The interaction was very friendly up to the point of when I found some serious damage to my car. What I left with was a layer of paint removed on a section on the drivers side of my car. When I messaged the owner about this, he unsurprisingly said it wasn't their fault and instantly started talking about how my car was old and was already "peeling all over". Zero ownership on their part. You need to be really careful about taking your car here. I suspect that the lack of care that is taken around how this business uses pressurized washers puts your car at risk of having the paint being blasted right off. The good thing about about pressure washers are that they remove more debris off the surface of your car. The bad part is that they might take the paint too if the user is not careful. There are plenty of articles about this online. If you are going to have your car washed here, thoroughly inspect and hold these guys accountable. Because I trusted this business to wash my car, I am now left with $5-800 of damage to have this sanded and repainted. read more

I have to admit that it's tricky finding this place if it's your first time. I wasn't expecting it to be inside a parking garage even though it's not a new concept. I also wonder if this is one way around paying for parking... One of the guys who hand washed my car picked up both my phone calls when I had questions about availability and location. I chose to have my car washed around 2pm on a Monday and there were only 2 or 3 cars ahead of me. Because there were only two guys on the job, they had me come back around 4pm. I was a 10min walk away from the mall so I decided to walk there to preoccupy myself and before I knew it, my car was ready for pick up! The car wash and detailing cost $40 + tip. They did such an amazing job that I felt compelled to write this review. I had dirt, rocks, twigs, you name it underneath my rugs and they were able to vacuum all of it, leaving it free of debris. I have been searching for a quality hand car was in the East Bay for two years and finally found Bay Bridge Auto Spa. Hands down, this is one of the best places I've ever taken my car to. My car has a matte finish on it and I'm scared to let anyone touch it without me being there. Jeff was amazing though and I trusted him immediately. I was totally comfortable leaving my car with him. Super service! Its very fairly priced and they did a fantastic job removing everything from dirt, mulch and my huskys stubborn hair from all over. Extremely thorough! You'll likely want to plan on dropping off the car between 1-3 hours when they are very busy, but theres a great little shopping area nearby plus the marina to enjoy some sun and views while you wait. This will teach me to hold off writing a review too quickly as some things simply do not show up immediately. I really wanted to like this place as I said in my initial review it had a lot of the things I felt were important so I am very, very disappointed in how things eventually turned out. Here's what happened : On September 9th, I took my recently purchased 2015 VW Beetle (4/21/16) to Jeff's location for a wash and wax $75, because I noticed over time how the water was no longer beading up as it had been since it was detailed on 4/20/16. So on 9/09 I took the car in & wrote the 5 star review immediately after, then I washed the car myself and noticed that the roof, which is concave sphere shaped was not beading up. I concluded that no wax had been applied. When I advised Jeff his reaction was highly defensive. He took it very personal & actually came toward the car with a gallon of wax indicating he did not agree but would put more wax on the car. Since the car was not washed I stopped him & said I wanted to show him what I saw which was the failure of water to bead up. He then gently poured a half cup of water on this rounded roof and we both watched while gravity played its part. He then said "the paint was oxidized on my 15 year old car" and what did I expect. 15 year old car, it's 1 year old, baffling!! After this display there was no way that I would ever let him near my car again. It brought to mind the line from Shakespeare "Me thinks thou doth protest too much"! Now I am wondering if the car was just washed and never waxed at all. I will now unfortunately have to do this all over again with a more stable business owner. read more

I've been going to Jeff for the last few years now, when it was listed under a different name. Jeff and his team have always taken great care of my car, whether it's a regular wash or full detail. They are very courteous, do a great job, and prices are not bad at all. I've had my car fully detailed at other spots before and have paid twice as much, but Jeff and his team do just as good of a job at the price they charge. I work in one of the towers where he is located, and the best part is I can drop off my car in the morning before work, leave it there all day under covered parking, and then pick up the car before I head home for the day. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is amazing. My car was waiting for me when I was done with my appointment and it looked exceptional. I found this service online and just "stopped by" for a car wash, not understanding that it is a small business and not just "drive through". Jeff was so friendly and accommodating and fit me in at a time later in the day that worked for us both. And my car looks beautiful! I'm so happy to have found an easy place to take my car near my work. The only trick is that the business is in the parking garage of an office building, so if you don't call ahead, it's a little hard to know where you are going. Jeff was friendly and cordial. However, his cleaning of my car did not meet my expectations. After paying $175 for "the works", I shouldn't have had to clean the inside of the windshield myself or point out that there were visible dog hairs in the center console. I don't think he even vacuumed under the seats. I cannot recommend. read more
