    Tiramisu - 12 dollars
    Arun K.

This was a nice restaurant for my pre birthday. I went with my parents and checked in at 7. After a 5 minute wait, we were seated to a nice table. We didn't order drinks, and went directly to the main plates. I took the seafood manicotti (28 dollars), which had 3 tubes of pasta with minced shrimp, lobster, and scallops. I was hoping that there would be bigger chunks of seafood, but it was flavorful enough, especially with the creamy lobster sauce. The portions were quite small, but still satisfying for me. My mom took the pasta Alfredo with tomato sauce (30 dollars). The pasta could have been softer, but still enjoyable with the sauces provided as well. I also tried my dad's salmon (36 dollars). It was soft and fresh enough. We had to do dessert for my birthday, so I took the tiramisu (12 dollars), and my parents took the pistachio gelato and pomegranate sorbet (10 dollars each). The tiramisu was moist and enjoyable, especially with the rum flavor. The ice cream and sorbet could have used more flavor, but still acceptable. What was surprising was the dessert portions were bigger than the main plates. The service was a little slow because it was quite busy, but still nice and friendly. They comped us the gelato and sorbet for my birthday, which was a nice gesture. The atmosphere was quite crowded and sociable. It wasn't loud, but talkative atmosphere. It's a bit more upscale since it is at the Hilton. I am happy we chose this restaurant for my pre birthday this year. Definitely much better than that Mexican restaurant i went near UCF last year. It's quite expensive and the portions were small for the main plates. At least parking is validated and you can use the valet. This is located at the Hilton in international drive, so definitely expect crowd and traffic. At least it at the main entrance at the Hilton, at you can easily find and walk to it. You can use the Rest credits here if you have the American Express Platinum card, making this a great choice for upscale touristy Italian food. Overall: A-

Had a small casual business dinner last night at Trabucco and was wowed by everything, from the service to the food. We sat at the bar and Kevin took amazing care of us. His menu and drink knowledge was outstanding and provided amazing recommendations. The atmosphere was loud - again, we sat at the bar and there was no break between the hotel lobby bar, which made for slightly difficult conversation. The Zappa Del Mar was outstanding and the filet was cooked perfectly but lacked much depth of flavor - it could have been seasoned a little heavier. I will definitely be back next time I'm at Hilton Orlando.

We had a party of 10 so we had our own wine room. Beautiful setting for us! Jacki was our server and so helpful with suggestions and attentive to all our needs. Food was delicious! My child say the pizza was the cheesy-est ever... win for everyone!

We had a reservation for 3 people as soon as they opened. We arrived 5 mins early and were told to sit out front by the bar. Once they opened the hostess simply walked passed us. She also seated several people who showed up after. After getting her attention to explain we have been waiting, was when we were seated. Our server was quite pleasant. However, her service was rather slow. We thought maybe she had a lot of tables, but that was not the case. I believe she just was just forgetful and couldn't manage what was assigned. She made great suggestions though. The bread was on request and an additional charge, which is odd. I order the Amaretto sour, it seemed to not have much alcohol and I probably should have requested an additional shot. Now, the Lobster Manicotti was amazing. A lobster tail in addition to a lobster filled Manicotti! It was gone in minutes. Loved it. Overall, it's a nice ambiance, was not crowded, I loved my meal, but they need much improvement in service

I recently visited Trabucco with Co-Workers for dinner during an industry event held at the Hilton. In my opinion, hotel restaurants tend to be underwhelming. However, I was impressed with Trabucco. I started with the Filet Carpaccio as an appetizer. The flavorful cured meat melted in your mouth and was topped with rich earthy black truffle, briny capers, and a creamy aioli. For my entrée I had the Tonnarelli Carbonara. The pasta was soft and savory and covered in a creamy peppery egg sauce and mixed with crisp pork.

The food was delicious here but what really made my experience was Kevin and Stacy. I would visit here again just for there interaction alone, they made our night. If you ever visit here make sure you request them!!

Honestly all the drinks I've had here have been great, that's just my go to at the moment. They were playing the game so we ordered a couple more drinks and sat at the bar for a bit. It sends you text updates, and the technology is actually pretty cool. It can tell when you're not close enough yet and will tell you to check in once you're closer to the restaurant. There were 6 of us in the group, so reserving ahead definitely helped. I actually had to do it twice because we reserved our spot before we left, and by the time we got there, it had timed out. I checked in again, and when we arrived, the host said, "I see you checked in twice." He told us the wait would probably be about 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting less than that before being seated. Considering it's at Icon Park and it was the night of a game, the place was packed with a lot of hustle and bustle. I was impressed that we were seated so quickly, especially with a party of 6. Our waiter, Matt, was amazing, and the food was amazing too. We ordered what felt like almost every appetizer on the menu. We had the Cali Roll Stack, Parmesan truffle fries, crispy Brussels sprouts, spinach dip, and the vegan Gardein wings. The Cali Roll Stack was probably my favorite appetizer. It was so good, and it was made with real crab. Most places use imitation crab, and Matt even told us that's why it's his favorite appetizer too. He was absolutely right. The Gardein wings were surprisingly good. We ordered the Korean chili garlic and Buffalo flavors, and if nobody had told me they were vegan, I probably wouldn't have known. I'd never had a soy-based wing before, but I would definitely order them again. The Parmesan truffle fries were exactly what you want them to be, and the crispy Brussels sprouts disappeared fast. At that point, it seemed like everyone else was tapped out, but somehow we still had room to eat. We ordered the lobster garlic noodles, and they were amazing. They didn't skimp on the lobster either. There were big chunks of real lobster throughout the dish, along with spinach and garlic noodles. Definitely one of my favorite entrées of the night. I also tried the Key Lime Cider, and I liked that they let me sample it before ordering. It ended up being really refreshing and exactly what I was looking for. For dessert, we shared the brownie cookie topped with ice cream. Oh my God. I don't even like chocolate like that, and it was amazing. Yard House has never really disappointed me, but this visit was especially good. I don't know if we were just starving or if the chef was having an exceptional night, but kudos and hats off to the kitchen. Parking was easy too. Levels 3 and 4 of the garage were free, so there was no need to pay or get anything validated. Overall, everything was smooth from start to finish. Great service, great food, easy parking, and a surprisingly short wait despite how busy it was. 10/10, highly recommend.

We initially sat at the outdoor(ish) bar which had a bunch of people there...but no bartender. After 5 minutes or so, we opted to go inside. The inside bar was bit fuller and we spotted the bartender right away. We sat down ordered drinks and viewed the menu. We started off with the pretzel which was good. It was a bit undercooked, but not a dealbreaker. And here's where things got a little interesting. There was a group there who was celebrating a wedding. They were LOUD. Not rude or inappropriate, but just loud. I'm all for having fun, but they were a bit over the top. Through some conversation with the staff, we found out the outdoor bartender came in to make sure the inside bartender was ok given those particular patrons. Solid move on his part for helping out a colleague! The food from here was scattered. My wife's salad came out and was drenched in dressing. Despite the menu saying all dressings on the side, that apparently doesn't apply to the Caesar according to the staff. My wings came much later...much much later. It wasn't a complicated order, so it was a bit surprising. That being said, they were cooked well and seasoned/sauced nicely. It seemed they had a bit of an off day here, so I want to review accordingly.

For a simple meal for two people, the service was unreasonably slow throughout the evening. Our server, Svet, was polite and personable, but friendliness alone could not make up for the delays. The hummus appetizer was excellent and was easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and served with pita, cucumbers, carrots, and red peppers. The food presentation overall was attractive and showed promise. The most serious issue occurred when my son ordered a refill of his virgin mojito and was served a drink containing alcohol. He immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip and handed it to me. I tasted it as well and confirmed that it contained alcohol. Serving alcohol in a child's drink is a significant mistake and should never happen. We also ordered the steak frites based on a recommendation and were told it was exceptional. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat and far from what was described. Management apologized and removed the steak from the bill, but the combination of excessive wait times, the alcohol mix-up involving a minor, and the disappointing entrée left a poor overall impression.

Shortly after the bartender, Mason came over and asked if he could get me anything. I ordered an Adult Juice Box as I continued to look at their offerings. The restaurant had an open concept with large glass doors that were open to the pool deck, they also had out side tables that you could opt to sit at, with the kitchen opposite of the bar.
