Parmesan truffle fries and their signature Alfredo pasta

I came here with my husband to celebrate Valentine's Day, and this place truly did not disappoint. I was initially concerned that, with how busy Valentine's Day can be--especially on a Saturday night--the service and quality might suffer, but it was quite the opposite. Our table was ready right when we arrived, our server was on point, and the food came out perfectly timed. Everything was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. From the steaks to the pasta, I loved every single dish... even the handcrafted cocktails were outstanding. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I'm ever back in Orlando, I would absolutely return. A special mention to the valet team as well--they were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, which made the entire evening even better.

Friendly staff. We had a serving team, although Nick, the bartender, was mainly the one we saw all night. He was great, made great conversation and bonded with my husband over tattoos and weight lifting. The entire dining experience took FOREVER. We were there for probably 2-3 hours, which was way too long for just wanting to eat some steak and go back to our hotel room. Especially since the restaurant was not really busy. Crispy Portabella Mushroom fondue 7/10 Not really what I was expecting. I was thinking it was like a cheesy dip with mushrooms in it. It's certainly not lol. The "fondue" is like a creamy Gorgonzola with some chunks of pancetta. There's not a lot at all, definitely not enough for all the mushroom strips it comes with. The mushrooms are the dippers. It's large strips of portabella mushroom, dipped in a little batter then fried in beef tallow. I think they also had some truffle oil on them. You could taste it a little, but mostly they were flavorless. They come with balsamic diced tomatoes and a crispy rosemary and maybe kale? topping. Both were good. Lobster Bisque 10/10 My first time trying this. It was delicious. Super smooth and buttery. The lobster was also good, plenty of little bite sized pieces. House salad 8/10 Fresh. Dressing was also good. Wagyu Filet Mignon 9/10 Ordered with truffle butter, but I didn't end up getting it, as you can see in the photo. Cooking with the Tuscan herb butter and rosemary added a lot of flavor but it was pointless as a garnish. There was a ton of it and it was just in the way. The steak was cooked perfect. Flavor was great. 24oz prime bone in Ribeye Unfortunately my husband was so tired, he didn't eat his steak at the restaurant- or at all. So I can't say if it was good or not. Pancetta & Aged Cheddar Mashed Potatoes 9/10 I wish the pancetta was chopped smaller and mixed into the potatoes, rather than just a few pieces on top. The potatoes were good. I put the herb butter from the steak in them, since they were just a hair dry. Crème brûlée 10/10 Got this on the house because they forgot the truffle butter on the steak. It was fantastic, good flavor and consistency, and a huge portion.

For my visit, I ordered a house salad and salmon. When the salad was delivered, it was packed with Gorgonzola cheese, which I couldn't eat, so the server replaced it with a Caesar salad with dressing on the side. It was basically whole pieces of Romain lettuce that I had to cut myself. It was a plain salad, but I appreciate the freshness of the Romain. The salmon here was truly amazing! It was juicy and packed with flavor. It was served on a cedar plank and the serving size was huge. I was only able to eat half of it! It was one of the best pieces of salmon I've eaten anywhere, and I order salmon quite often! I definitely recommend the salmon!

I recently hosted 2 business dinners at Vito's. This place is next level. From the management, wait staff and chefs you couldn't ask for more. Attention to detail is incredible, anything you need is provided quickly and with a smile. The food was amazing and everyone enjoyed a wide range of appetizers and main courses. We averaged about 3 hours each night as they painstakingly made sure we wanted for nothing. Shout out to Michael who was the best host you could ask for. Great stories as well. The drinks are next level as well and the atmosphere was wonderful. The Wagyu Tomahawk was the star of the show for me. I can't wait to go back. Thank you for two amazing nights with our guests.

    Beef carpaccio-so beautiful and delicious

Vito's was a top notch experience in fine dining! We were so impressed with the staff from the friendly valet greeting to the exceptional and attentive service from our server ,JC. He was so engaged and helpful, anticipating our questions and providing recommendations for wine and food that were On Point. We ordered the beef carpaccio which is the best we've tasted. The breads were all so fresh and flavorful. The house salad was excellent. I ordered the bone in filet and it was tender and cooked to perfection! My husband had the lobster and shrimp pasta which was very fresh and flavorful and our daughter had the shrimp scampi in the phenomenal garlic sauce (perfect with the bread). The truffle fries were so cheese and tasty - with just the right amount of crunch! And we shared all our food with each other and had plenty to take home. We were stuffed but had to try the butter cake which didn't disappoint. Loved the crunchy crust with the vanilla ice cream. There was so much ambiance and character. The servers kept the restaurant clean and the setting was enjoyable. We loved how the team was so engaging. We met Alfonzo, the Operating Partner, Matthew, another server who checked on us and even had a chance to compliment Chef Remy! Everyone made our evening so enjoyable. We are visiting from CA and have this as a definite destination when we return. We will ask for JC!! Thank you to all the team. This is a well run restaurant who provided us such a memorable experience. Thank you Vito's tea

Vito's Chop House was fantastic. The service and food were both great. The Lobster Bisque was a great appetizer. The bread was outstanding. The Chicken Parm is enough for four people and was delicious. The truffle pasta in the cheese wheel was heavy, but great and is a good portion for sharing. Do not skip the Butter Cake at the end -- one of my favorite desserts.

Well made martini's to start the evening.

Celebrated by birthday the other day with a delicious and plentiful meal at Vito's Chop House in Orlando. The experience was excellent from the valet to the service and the food. The management stopped by several time to make sure everything was perfect. I have been here many times and the experience consistency is impressive. Courses were delicious, well prepared and plentiful. The nice touches for the birthday were appreciated. Highly recommend Vito's for a celebration and when you are in the mood for a fine Italian Steak house dinner. They also have Italian dishes that come in huge portions.

What an absolutely amazing experience we had at Vito's Chop House! From the moment we walked in, Jesse at Check-In set the tone. His attention to detail, warm welcome, and ability to keep guests moving efficiently made the start smooth and stress-free. The management team was also on top of everything, ensuring the entire operation flowed seamlessly. Once seated, we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Kevin--and he was phenomenal. His deep knowledge of the menu, thoughtful recommendations, and engaging personality made the entire evening feel elevated. Our meal was unforgettable: * Shrimp Aldo - A must try. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, simply outstanding. * Truffled Radiatore Alfredo - Another winner. Rich, delicious, and comes with an impressive tableside show. * 18 oz Prime New York Strip - Cooked to absolute perfection. I've had many steaks in my life... this one takes the top spot. * Sweet Butter Cake - Don't leave without ordering this. Incredible. A special shout-out to Ashley, one of the managers, who personally prepared our pasta tableside. The pasta is made fresh daily, and the dough and cheese wheel are imported straight from Italy--you can taste the difference. Everything was beyond impressive. In fact, I had a reservation tomorrow at another steakhouse and cancelled it just so I could come back to Vito's instead. It's that good. Huge thank you to Jesse, Ashley, Fred and Kevin for the amazing hospitality and world-class service. You guys are truly the best. Vito's Chop House has officially earned a loyal customer!

Our concierge made our reservations for us. She asked if we had any known allergies and we responded yes to shellfish. We arrive at Vito's and we are graciously greeted by the valet. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed by the hostess. We were immediately sat. Very pretty atmosphere. While we were waiting for our waiter (Nick) they provided us with olives for the table. As we start to eat the olives, our awesome waiter runs over to us with urgency and said the olives were prepared close to the shell fish, He profusely apologized. Then a manager came over and apologized. During the appetizer another manager came over and explained the meatball that we ordered was fried in the same oil as calamari ( which is fine) and asked if we were ok with it before they brought it out to us. We have never felt such concern from a staff as we did here. What a fantastic establishment. Now the food!! The meatball appetizer was the size of a softball, very moist inside and flavorful. The chicken parm dinner is the size of a plate (20 oz) see picture. The breading was awesome and crispy. Chicken was very tender. The lobster of all lobsters!! 24 oz tail No explanation needed!! Delicious Our dessert was a delicious sweet butter cake. What a fantastic time we had!!

I went to Vito's for my birthday and had a really great experience. The food was really good. We ordered the Maine lobster & shrimp pasta, the caesar salad, char-grilled oysters, baked clams, scallion mashed potatoes, crispy brussel sprouts and an 8 oz center cut filet mignon. I would order everything again with the exception of the oysters. It was such a strange array of flavors and textures together. Bleu cheese, pancetta, huge pieces of oysters. It was like chicken tenders or something. And you had to melt the bleu cheese on this tiny flame at the table. I do not recommend. The service was exceptional. My waitress had a lovely demeanor and gave lots of suggestions for items to try. I was very pleased with every person I interacted with while at the restaurant. The ambiance was nice, quiet, dimly lit. The music complimented the experience well. I do remember wearing my jacket the entire time because it was pretty cold.

Came with 2 friends and loved our experience from beginning to end We started w/ the baked clams and char-grilled oysters and let me tell you....DELICIOUS!! I was obsesseddd and would be lying if i said i wasn't still thinking about them. Clams were stuffed w additional seasoned clams with parm and breadcrumbs topped with a lemon beurre blanc sauce In between we opted for some wine while we ate our Caesar salad (pls get this if you go) along with some cheesy garlic bread! We ended up going for the dry aged cowboy ribeye with truffle butter on top...i was gagged! Every bite was buttery, rich, and delicious. Our Maine lobster and shrimp pasta sent me into another dimension These lovely dishes were paired with the brussel sprouts which were top tier. To finish off our meal, we got the cucumber dartmoor, vito's signature martini and an espressotini while scarfing down our butter cake . This experience couldn't have been better and that's all due to the food but most importantly our service as well:-) JC and Angelo were educated about the menu and were extremely attentive! Will deff be coming back!

Hands down my absolute favorite place to have a nice dinner, and a place we often take traveling friends and family! We've been here several times and the food and service is excellent every time! Consistently great, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Our favorites include Oysters, Alfredo, Chicken Parm, Lobster, Ribeye and Tomahawk ... list goes on! Get the Signature Martini too - you won't be disappointed!
