We also have custom steel posts designed for these gates. We can install automatic electric gate openers as well if you choose. Installations take two days. First day is to dig the post holes and place the posts into concrete. Then we return the following day to hang the gates etc. Prices vary a bit but typically the price of installation for gates and posts is around $2500. They poured a pad for me (with daily equipment breakdowns and delays). Quoted rebar 24" O.C. but installed at 5' to 6' O.C. until I showed them the bid. They added more rebar but it wasn't tied in and was still 30" to 36" O.C. I am having more concrete work done (by a reliable contractor this time) and the concrete supplier thought the address was familiar. I was told he never got paid for the concrete used in the slab for my shop. I have the receipts showing that I paid Ozark concrete for the concrete but they apparently kept the money for themselves.

If you contract with these people you better not prepay them for anything and before you pay them…read moreinspect everything that's done. They will take your money but not provide any services and then when you ask for your money back they suggest you take them to court. I've been waiting 4 months for services to be done or my money back.

They replaced our old chase cover with one that was so flat that it had puddles on it after it rained. They drilled rusty screws down through the TOP of the chase cover to fasten it, instead of stainless screws in the side. Then they put a booger gob of caulking on them to try to seal them. Then they got crazy with the caulking and tried sealing the chimney collar to the chase cover, which defeats the purpose of the collar to allow air flow. Somewhere between all of their installation errors, they defeated the very purpose they were hired for, which was to stop the chimney from leaking in our garage!!! Brandon and Caleb from Lakeside Chimney did an excellent job on our chimney! Even our General Contactor was asking for their business card.

Avoid This Contractor -- Save Yourself the Headache…read more Hiring this tree contractor was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had with a service provider. What should have been a straightforward job dragged on for 11 months, with him showing up maybe two days a month, and only for a few hours at a time. The only thing he was consistent about was stopping by to collect more payment. Once the full balance was paid, the work stopped completely. His lack of professionalism caused issues far beyond my own trees. He damaged my neighbors' property, left ropes hanging in their trees, and created tension that I ended up paying out of pocket to fix just to preserve the relationship. Even after all that, he never returned to clean up the mess he left on their property -- now I have to hire someone else to finish what he abandoned. Communication was extremely poor. I repeatedly asked him to show up and finish the job, and he either ignored the messages or made excuses. By the end, he claimed he had "underquoted" the job and refused to commit to a completion date unless I paid him more -- after nearly a year of delays and broken promises. Every time he did show up, he left trash, materials, and drink containers scattered around my yard as if he'd be back later that day. Then he wouldn't return for weeks, leaving me to clean up after him. If you're considering hiring him, do yourself a favor and get a quote from literally anyone else. Choosing a different company will be the best decision you make.

Cut down a large limb from my 75 yr old tree that was over to my roof, removed all debris from yard, put down weed barrier on my flower beds, brought in dirt to level my yard, then reseeded the yard, and secured it with straw. He placed an enormous amount of black mulch over all my existing trees and flower beds. I can honestly say, it looks so beautiful now, and my grass hasn't even started to grow yet. He took the time to hook up my hoses, and give me directions on when and how long to turn them on. He is an amazing young man who I will recommend to anyone. Took him 3 days from start to finish.
