1/2 Harisa chicken sandwich

Ordered 1/2 harissa chicken sandwich and it was delicious! The bread they use has a wonderful texture and is light and crispy. The spicy sauce at the counter makes for a flavorful dipping sauce! Service was quick and friendly. Very clean atmosphere. Will be back!

A close by joint for most downtown offices for a quick healthy lunch. Quick service and causal setting.

Thai Veggie Bowl with tofu

Delicious, clean food. My Thai veggie bowl with tofu had great flavor. All the components were cooked well and it had the right amount of sauce. I picked it up and it was ready on time. Since I didn't spend much time in the restaurant itself I can't say much about it, but there were lots of people inside so it seems like a popular spot. I'd definitely eat here next time I'm in Vancouver!

Conveniently located on Robson street among all the hustle and bustle of downtown Vancouver. It's a nice, light and healthy lunch spot with mostly wraps, salads and bowls. I enjoyed their Beef Sandwich on sourdough bread with pickled cabbage that came through refreshingly. The olive oil on the bread was a little on the much side for me, but that's just my personal preference. I would've liked it a bit drier. The full size is more than enough for one person and if you're sharing and not that famished the size is perfect for two to share. I think it would've taken it up a notch if they had included a slice of side gherkin just as a wrap up to a great sandwich. Overall, a great lunch. Will try their bowl next time!

After being stuck at the airport, I wanted some healthy and fresh food, so I made my way to Tractor! I was a bit worried that the portion wouldn't satisfy my hunger, but I found that the nourish bowl was a great portion. I got the quinoa tabbouleh with some sort of pesto pasta. Both sides were light and flavorful. As for the protein, I got the grilled chicken which I found a bit dry, so I doused that in hot sauce. It's a really great option if you're looking for something quick and healthy.

Came by for a quick bite in the late afternoon. Food was a little bland but the grilled avocado was absolutely delicious.

chicken bowl with kale caesar, curried cauliflower, and blueberry mint lemonade

If you're looking for healthy alternatives that don't let taste off the hook, Tractor is the place for you! I've been a few times prior and the food has always been tasty and fresh. This time, I ordered the chicken bowl with half rice half salad, curried cauliflower and kale caesar. The portion was decent and flavour was good. (especially with a side of hot sauce ‍) I do wish there was a bit more chicken to compliment my bowl but I'm not mad about the current portion either. I also tried their house made blueberry mint lemonade which was quite nice but nothing out of this world. Prices are definitely up there and service can be a bit slow but overall, I do enjoy Tractor every once in a while when I'm trying to eat healthy but with a side of ~treat yourself~.

Half chicken bowl - lemon kale and curried cauliflower, greens, Brown rice

I often work out downtown and I always had trouble finding a place to get quick healthy food for a post work-out meal. One day, I stumbled upon Tractor! I ordered the half-chicken bowl on a bed with (1/2 greens, 1/2 brown rice) which came with two sides. They have tons of options, and its honestly easier to just pick from what you see in front of you rather than reading the menu. It's like a cafeteria ordering style rather than a full serve sit down style restaurant. The curried cauliflower looked really appetizing as well as the lemon kale. The portion was HUGE and I was incredibly full and satisfied after! The week after, I ordered the exact same thing except on a bed of 1/2 greens and 1/2 quinoa. The other sides look so delicious so I'm bound to come back and try more of them!

Bowl with brussel sprout and kale salads topped with a grilled avocado! Yummy!!

Was meeting a friend for a quick nite before a concert and she suggested tractor. I had never been so had no idea what I was in for! The young man at the counter was super nice and took a lot of time explaining everything. I guess I could have read the menu but human interaction is so much more rewarding. I ended up with a half rice/have greens bowl with a Brussel sprout salad and a kale salad topped with a grilled avocado. I asked if there hot sauce was HOT and he suggested a try a little to start so I squirted some in my avocado and I have to say that combo was delish!! The whole bowl was great. Really glad we ended up here and I'll be back.

tl;dr food is good and healthy but way too expensive. Service not good enough to justify the high process either. I got the market bowl and soup at lunch. The market bowl was HEFTY. I was super full afterwards. I appreciated that there was an option to choose brown rice or greens or mix. I choose the greens. The soup was a fairly big serving size too. Food was good, but this cost $20. A little expensive. Probably not going to be a regular for soup and salad. Also went in the morning and got an avocado toast with poached egg. It was good but not amazing, pretty small, and cost $10. Both times, staff were not super helpful and was a little stand offish.

Was planning to get lunch at the Starbucks next to this place but the seating was full, so decided to try this place instead. Boy, am I glad! I got the 1/2 grilled chicken bowl, with kale mushroom salad and southwestern quinoa, brown rice underneath. The kale mushroom salad is the best I've ever had. I forgot what dressing they gave me but it was SO GOOD. The bowl was around $13. (They even gave me a bit of the curried cauliflower to try!) Fast and friendly service too!! If you're in need of a quick bite (and don't mind the price) then this place is great.

I live close to this Tractor location so I frequently visit on my way to and from my destination. I find their food is good - especially their stews and avocado toast! However, I do find that their service isn't as good as it used to be. Mind you, I'm not often there during a lunch or dinner rush so not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I do feel that they aren't as engaged as they used to be. With that said though, I'm still going to go here because I love the food and appreciate their many special diet offerings. Plus, it's a good place to sit down and get some work done or have a quiet catch up with a friend.

1/2 chicken sandwich and squash soup - $11
Poonam S.

I simply love Tractor and this is one of my go to places for something quick, healthy and affordable. Their sandwiches are great - I mostly order chicken Salad sandwich with a bowl of soup; I love squash, it's clean and healthy. A whole sandwich is too much for me so half a sandwich and a bowl of soup is just enough. I don't think I've ever paid more than $15 here so that is great. The staff are always patient and helpful. I love the sitting space on Robson's location so I find the one of Broadway less spacious and busy.

The taste of the fillings was very well balanced with nothing being overpowering. I could taste every single ingredient yet they went together very well! I particularly liked the stracciatella cheese. It added a fluffy and soft texture to the sandwich. The shop was small, cozy and well decorated. There were some available seats when I was there at around 1:30pm. There was no line as the peak lunch hour had passed. They made my sandwich immediately so I didn't have to wait at all.

Italiana was so good. Double Prosciutto!! Truffle flavor was strong and paired with stracciatella cheese. What a great combination! And Arugula was very fresh. Foccacia was very crispy outside and soft inside. One of the best sandwich. I will order again. Monte cristo was also good. Grilled bread was very crispy and nicely pressed. Provolone and prosciutto cotto combination was great, too. Sundried totamto provided great accent. I will order this one again, too. Overall, it was a great sandwich shop. Highly recommend.

Gosh it absolutely did not disappoint & I should have ordered another one! The taste of this sandwich was so delicious, I couldn't chew it fast enough. The cabbage, tartar sauce & fish-katsu sauce are delightful together. This food truck is located right at Canada Line subway station - Vancouver Centre Station - main entrance on Georgia at Granville. You'll notice it when you come up the escalator & turn right onto the Granville Mall. Basically it's right near Nordstrom. I don't know if I'll bother with the other sandwich options cause I just love the Fish-Katsu that much. It's a very small simple sandwich. Nothing really fancy to it at all, but the taste utterly rocks. So glad I tried it & I can't wait to go back!

I got the gyu-katsu sandwich. I found the sandwich a bit small and for the price, it was pretty expensive. $16 after tax. Don't get me wrong. It was tasty. I found it nothing wow. The beef was cut in a certain way that it remained as one piece to make it easier to season. The gyu katsu is their more popular sandwich. However, it doesn't come with any lettuce or anything other than the beef and sauce. The bread was nothing special. It was basically thin regular bread. It does take them about 10 mins to make the sandwich. In terms of the way they serve it, it was presented to me nicely and the box was made to perfectly fit the sando inside. Not a bad sandwich but it was just pretty pricy.
