This is my favorite Uber Eats order!!! In the words of Elaine Benes... I'll have the BIG SALAD. Always fresh, always delicious with lots of innovative recipes and incredible house made dressings. You can even buy a big bottle of your favorite! All their salads are good but imo the rustic chicken orzo is the best one!! This is definitely the nicest of all the locations for dining in, the room is so chill and beautiful. Good vibes all around. As far as delivery goes they are always quick, efficient and on time. They use sustainable packaging as well! Pro tip, the chocolate peanut butter cookie is yummy too and I always throw in an order of the lemon protein balls for breakfast the next day. Got the kale caesar salad to go and the guy making the salads were so sweet and friendly. His energy was really positive and added to the overall experience. I asked for light dressing and it was so light, it was barely there (I only know it was bc I watched him make it). The chicken in the salad was super tasty, the croutons were pretty...crouton-y, so pretty tough. If you're a fan of crunchy never soggy croutons, this is for you. The soy egg was one of the best bites I had today, so good that I wished it was my last bite. The salad was good, especially the pieces where you got dressing. This is now my go-to salad place in Yaletown. I love everything about F/S. Their open and visible creation station. Their polite and professional service. Their creative and super healthy menu. There are a couple of restaurants in the area, which shall remain nameless, that serve you an entree salad at a whopping $27, and what you get is literally half the satisfaction in every way. Field & Social will serve you an amazingly tasty, fresh, healthy and filling salad for less than $20. They are on-point. They are socially ethical and responsible. They are consistent. Love it. I went back to field and social to try a different salad, and I got their Singsons Coconut Chicken! It was super delicious, only thing is that I was hoping for my chicken to not be in smaller pieces. It was a very flavorful salad! I love how they always ask the amount of dressing I would like. Light, medium, or heavy but light is enough for me! I also got their peanut butter chocolate chip cookie (not pictured), it's good as well although nothing too special so I would rather make it at home. Will be back to try more salad! read more

I love this place, can always count on it for a healthy meal. I've been here a few times and also the one in Mount Pleasant. If you think of salads as an unfulfilling pile of lettuce, these are not that - these are complete wholesome meals. Always fresh ingredients and interesting, flavourful combinations. I appreciate that the staff (at both locations) ask if you want light, regular, or extra dressing, so you can get your salad made to your preference. If you want to swap things out or add something you can do that (it's a charge to add protein, but I think minor substitutions are free). I really like their peanut butter chocolate chip cookie too! I think it's made with less fat and sugar than traditional cookies because it has a different texture, but I like how soft it is, and for me it's a welcome change of pace from the usual style of chocolate chip cookie! I always grab a can of Culture Craft kombucha when I eat here - nothing really beats homemade kombucha for me but theirs gets pretty close! read more

Amazing salad place that I must go back to! Yaletown is known for so many big restaurants and expensive places but this is a small cute and dainty salad bar on the same street and it's filled with care in a bowl! It might look like their salads aren't filling but trust, you've gotta try it before you say salads aren't filling. The ingredients are fresh and they've got lots of variety to choose from. I've been to many F&S locations before but this is my first time at the Yaletown location! I love that how they have cozy bench seatings and the store is really spacious, I also like how you can watch your salad being made. Note that all F&S locations are card only and do not take cash. I decided to get my usual, the Singson's Coconut Chicken salad and it is just as good as I've had it at all their other locations, F&S is always very consistent! What I love about that salad is that they use chicken thigh, which gives the chicken more tenderness and flavour and it isnt dry. It pairs so well with the roast squash and dates, and the miso dressing is amazing. You can always guarantee that F&S always uses fresh ingredients, there are never any wilting lettuce leaves or any of that sort. I decided to get mine to go to eat at home, one salad is extremely filling and I usually eat half for lunch and half for dinner. The cashier packed my salad so carefully so that the lid wouldn't pop open and even put the dressing on the side. I also liked how they put the disposable utensil in a seperate paper sleeve so that it isn't dirty. F&S is a solid salad place ans I really hope more locations will come soon, hopefully somwhere near me and I hope they never take away the Singson's Coconut Chicken salad because it is the best salad ever! read more

The girl who made my salad had extremely long, hip length hair that was not tied back at all. Her incredibly long hair hung in front of her shoulders, just dangling into the food prep station and into my salad. And then to boot, while she was making my salad I watched her use her long nail on her index finger to scratch the inside of her nostril. I've been coming here since they opened in Yaletown, but after a couple week hiatus, I went in and tried a new salad on menu. I'm usually happy with all their salads and they are worthy of 4-5 stars, but this time the amount was just not sufficient and I did not feel like I got my money's worth. The gal that made my Avo bacon Cobb salad just didn't add enough romaine/arugula greens, so my finished salad didn't really fill the bowl sufficiently, especially after the dressing was added. Feel like I only got half a salad this time. read more

Doesn't compare to Sweetgreen at all but there aren't many other comparable salad spots here. The chicken is usually dry and the dressings don't have much flavor. read more
