Store 343 I purchased food at this location and it was rotten/spoiled. I took the food immediately back for visual proof and the store manager Theresa would give me a store credit/refund. I've been going to Pet supermarket for about a year now and have always had a good experience. Yesterday, I purchased raw food for my 2-year-old Belgian malinois. For whatever reason, she didn't like it and refused to eat it. I went back this afternoon and spoke with the store attendant and asked if they would be able to swap out the food that I purchased for another brand. At first, I was told that they don't accept raw food once it's been opened and if it's frozen. The attendant went with me to pick another brand and then after getting back to the cash register she said that she would exchange one for one and that since the original raw food was less expensive I would even have a $2 credit to my account. You don't see this very often nowadays and that's why I highly recommend pet supermarket. read more

Location, location, location. That's why I shop here. Personally, I seemed to have noticed that the prices of dog food here are very similar to PetsMart. They have the higher end brands that are not sold in grocery stores. However, this location is much closer to my house and that alone keeps me shopping here. One of the perks they have is a dog washing station. For just a few dollars you can bathe your dog. This is a great perk if you don't have a way to do it at your home. To the best of my knowledge, they do not have pet grooming. Obviously this is a pet store so they do have other things for other types of pets. I can't go into great detail because I don't shop for other types of animals. I have seen kittens and birds for sale. Animals are allowed in the store if they are on a leash. Please pick up your animals poop when they decide to drop a steamer in the middle of the store. I know it seems like common sense but some people just aren't as smart as their dog at the other end of the leash. Bottom line - A great place to buy dog food when you are looking for the specialty brands not sold in grocery stores. The location is perfect for me. That alone will keep me coming back. read more

Found this pet store on Yelp. I called and made sure it was ok to bring my dog, it was, so we set off. We were greeted warmly by the staff, they loved on my dog and asked questions about her. They were fantastic! We talked about what I was looking for and they gave me several suggestions of what I could get. They have super fancy self dog washing stations. Every manner of treat, toy, chew toy, food, bone were available. I found some treats I had never seen before, it really is quite a selection. Tons of cat stuff, fish and a few reptiles. The store was very nice and clean, tons of inventory, and you can bring your pet shopping...what more can you ask for? read more

Sales Associate working on June 20 at 8:43 decided to close early. My husband walked to the doors at that time and found them locked. He was right on the other side of the glass door and just stared at him. The website, google and the door all say the store closes at 9pm. Such rude service. read more

Really like this pet store. Tons of products to choose from. Clean, well organized, well stocked etc. I prefer coming here rather than the major chain stores. Only negatives was that, Staff wasn't friendly when I went on a Saturday. Also if you bring your dog, beware that you have to walk pretty far to a grass area if your doggy has got to 'go'. read more

Amazing pet store with very cool pet washing station! We bring our dog here every weekend after our visit to the dog park. $10 and you can wash and dry your dog and everything is already set up. The tub, towels, shampoo and conditioner and dryer. Our dog took to it immediately!! They have everything you could possibly need for your pet and the service is great too! Highly recommend this pet store, way over the big corporate stores. read more

We have been using this place since it opened as it is very near our house and a lot easier to get to than the larger stores, like Petco. Always had great service here from very friendly people who clearly love their jobs. Good selection of items for cats with some super convenient shopping carts that are Omni directional (great for use in the aisles of this place). And we even have purchased stuff here to donate directly to local shelters through a bin at the front of their store. Our use of the store had been a little limited since we own only cats but seems like good place for other animals, including a dog grooming area. Avoid the crowds and check out this place. read more

Great place for a " do it yourself" doggie wash. Large, very clean working area with a variety of shampoos and conditioners. Nice large towels and plow dryers also provided. They do not provide brushes so bring your own or can buy one there. Great for RV traveler doggies. read more

Great store with a great selection but heaven help anyone who needs to get a refund. I had a transaction take place on 10/24 and realized after the fact that the cashier didn't apply my coupon to my purchase. The return was made right then and the purchase was the. made with the coupon pricing. It is now 11/10 and after multiple attempts in store to remedy the situation along with multiple promises to be contacted by "corporate" and still NO REFUND OR ANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION!!! Next step if filing a grievance with my bank which I was trying to avoid. Great selection but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

This place is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and so helpful every time we come in! My husband and I come in frequently to give our dog a bath and although she was a little scared the first couple times now she loves it. It's so convenient, it's only $10 and they have everything ready for you and also clean up after you are done. They also have a little dog cookie bar set up by the register so we always get our sweet baby a treat as soon and she's done her bath! So happy we found this place! read more
