It was a lot of blood, so much so that she drove in to see what had happened. *My dog has never had a nosebleed before. The young lady working the front desk really needs some training on customer service. She gave my wife incorrect information during drop off. When we picked our dog up and were asking for an explanation to why she told us what she did and why there was soo much blood during her bath. The girl just kept staring blankly at her computer. One of the other employees at the front desk read what the manager who had left for the day had written. . So much for the healthy pet guarantee. We have an appointment with our vet to have her checked out. The only positive takeaway would be the intake employees. They have always been kind and I feel they really care about the animals.

I felt after my dog had been there since 8am she should have been done . I considered myself a loyal customer. One day my neighbor had taken her dog there & i was told by neighbor without informing her they charged her $80.00. Upon my dogs next appt i mentioned it briefly to them & since then they said they are all booked up till March & this was in January & that they have their regular customers ( i was a regular customer ). Plus they told me my dog doesn't stand well . As long as I've had my fur baby & mind you she is approx 13 years I've never been told anything to the negative side , however i personally feel you need to take dogs age into consideration. I've called several times even trying to get my dog an appointment in March & they don't answer their phone for me. This is a business & i feel you should answer your ph no matter what. I never had an issue with Express pet Spa , but i certainly don't appreciate the way they've just brushed me aside. Had i been mean or ugly i could see them not wanting to respond but this is not the case. I've never written a review before but this experience has bothered me .

A few days ago, I booked an 8am appointment online and received confirmation and reminder texts. I…read morearrived to my appointment early and the door was locked. Another customer arrived with her two dogs, also with an 8am appointment who informed me that the groomer is often 5-10 minutes late. Around 8:15, I called and left a voicemail, then texted them through their portal. I waited over 40 minutes. An hour later, they offered to fit me in at 10:30 a.m. I reluctantly returned, only to be told the groomer had slept through her alarm until 9am. Very unprofessional. After the grooming, I was charged $108 without any explanation, despite their online pricing starting at $85. She required me to pay before seeing my dog. When I paid and saw my dog, the haircut was not what I requested, and my dog had multiple deep cuts that required a vet visit. The vet prescribed an ointment to make sure the cuts didn't get infected. I added pictures of the cuts below. To make matters worse, I overheard the groomer yelling at the dogs in the back when I walked in and she hadn't seen me yet. I reached out for a refund or partial refund, but she refused, blaming me for matting. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly caution anyone considering this place.

I was quite nervous because he is a rescue and I was really concerned that he was going to bite the groomer. When I asked her how he did she responded and said how he did and she was quite helpful. She didn't do anything to him when I took him home he was upset (the dog meaning, he hates baths but he looks and feels better) I'm not having to brush little burs in his fur out. When I walked in they were grooming other dogs as well and you could see how they were treating. She was able to hold him all day since his appointment was at 7:00 and I picked him up around 3:30pm. For the cost of the service and for how he looks, feels and smells plus boarding him all day it was totally worth it. They even gave him a cute little bow. I'm absolutely satisfied with the service and care that my dog has received and will definitely return when his hair gets super long again.

I pretty much used them as a last resort. And once I cut my trip short to return to get my dog. On the last pickup I got my dog back and he had dried up poop on his bottom and legs. This never even happened anywhere. So what they did to him I have no idea. I guess they never let him out of the cage? The people they have here just come in and that's it. I don't think they really care about the pets at all. This is the short version of my experience here.
