My wife needed to get our dogs food. The store doors were locked 5 minutes before closing and ignored my wife as she knocked on the door trying to make a last minute purchase before they closed. This is ridiculous.. read more

This store routinely provides the worst customer service experience I could expect. Employees are unwilling to help find products, are condescending when asked questions, and the bathroom is ALWAYS out of order. When I do encounter someone helpful here they don't last, I assume the atmosphere is as bad for employees as for customers. Zero stars read more

Super limited selection, if they even have what I need and NO customer service. Plenty of other shops around that carry what I need or will at least be polite while I'm looking, so I'll spend my money elsewhere. This was my first visit here and it was a great experience, I needed to fill up my empty 20lb propane tank and it only costs $2.39/gallon! This was by far the cheapest place I found and it was a great experience! Since my tank was empty, I paid $11.56 after tax to fill my tank up 4.52 gallons! I'm ready for summer! My propane guy Gabriel, was fantastic! Feel free to ask him questions while he's filling up your tank. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made this such an easy experience for me! I would highly recommend the tractor supply Co. because they have a lot of other things inside the store during my brief visit such as, dog food, fencing, plant soil, outdoor gear, etc. read more

Never expected to write a review about Tractor Supply, but.... I definitely felt compelled to do so. Great experience. Best Tractor Supply I have ever visited. I was greeted immediately upon entering and every associate within eye sight acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. Kudos to the store management. I come from a retail background and this level of service is hard to achieve. Service is part in f the culture at this store and I hope it is acknowledged at the corporate level. We stopped at store 1739 in Bernolillo, NM and they were beyond friendly. We were on our way to Arizona and having trouble with our hookup. We walked in and asked for assistance and Mr. Leroy G. was beyond helpful. He didn't just come and look at our problem but he even helped us fix and setup what we needed. He was so patient and kind. We feel so blessed that he was there to help us. I would absolutely come back through to this store if I have anymore needs while on the road. Absolutely amazing experience. read more

We have been here ten minutes, and have experience the worst customer service I have ever seen! One employee yield at an old lady to get to the back of the line, well another told my husband to wait ten minutes to do something when he was standing right in front of him. I'm sorry you are understaffed and clearly over worked but no reason to be an ass! Tractor Supply needs to get more workers or nicer employees. Went in to buy Pellets. The price was a dollar more per bag than online. They immediately looked it up and gave a price adjustment with a smiling attitude and then offered to load my car full of my purchase. Excellent Service from the employees. I will be back for sure! read more

This place has everything you need for farm animals. We have two black runner ducks and come here for chicken feed Aka duck food. They also have tons of different kinds of ponds. Some of them have drains at the bottom which is extremely helpful. They sell really cute chicken/duck houses in the spring. read more

I'd give it a zero if I could! My husband bought a ride on lawn mower for $3900 which included the bagging system and the warranty. When he came back to pick it up it didn't work. The store leaves them outside 24/7 and told him they would figure it out. Something was broken and they couldn't fix it but they offered him the next one up for the same price (a $400 difference)if he came back in to sign the papers. When he went back in the sales guy said I misunderstood my manager and we won't give the the higher version but we can give you some money back and you can get the broken one fixed yourself & I'm pretty sure it won't cost much! They told him the refund might take a really long time. It was done via credit card so it shouldn't but who knows with them it could. Every person he dealt with from pickup, sales, & manager seemed to be oblivious to how their products work and what deals they can make! I would not buy from them because they seem unreliable and won't take care of their products! read more
