I went in not remembering what type of hay I even needed but the young lady at the register went straight to Timothy which was exactly what I needed. The gentleman that helped load it up for me was also very friendly and helpful even expressing his dismay that hay prices had to be increased recently due to water shortage. Here's the thing... I paid $25 for 10 pounds or so at a pet store so getting 50+ pounds for less is enough of a reason for me to drive across town just to purchase hay. Between excellent customer service, friendly people and amazing prices I will absolutely be going back every time I need hay. Side note I switched my indoor cats to wood pellets instead of clay litter and this is a great place to get pellets as well.

I found one here for 60 bucks. Very good very happy with it. I bought some ducks they were decently priced. I also ordered some geese. I can't wait to get them. Everything has gone well up to this point and I'm super happy to be doing business with them.

From the moment I walked in the front door, I could tell the place was locally operated and the employees were listening to my concerns. It started with my ailing cat, Benny, who badly needed a clean, protein heavy wet food diet. After a short consultation, I brought home a slew of canned stuff, some of which he liked, most of which he didn't. On the walk back to the store, the cans got a little wet with olive oil, totally random, I know, but it happened. The owner kindly issued a refund. That's when I started buying everything from them. Benny's long gone, but my dogs get a monthly grooming, nail trimming and tooth cleaning here. They have a self-serve dog bath in the back, and a decent selection of non-dog/cat supplies as well. But what you'll notice is the personable and kind customer service, especially in the grooming area, where they'll remember your name, and whoever you bring in.

In a pinch for time I had to get my dog her luxury salon package. I felt the pinch on the wallet but I said ah what the heck why not? I mean my dog absolutely deserves the pampering. Grooming Review I am…read moreso impressed with the grooming salon at Petco. I made a super easy appointment for my dogs to get groomed from the Petco App. Wowsers! It was so easy and I got them in within a day and on Christmas Eve morning! Tatiana is the groomer that worked with my babies. I have a nervous Nelly 5 year old Jack Russell Terrier and a 14 year old black lab that has some joint issues. She got them both done and out in two hours! The price was really good considering I got them the works with a holiday package add on. They both look amazing and smell like sugar cookies. She was even able to get their nails done and they are so soft. They feel like stuffed animals. I'm so glad I tried out Petco for grooming. We will be back!
