I received an order confirmation email from Ace. I called the store today to see if I could pick up the trimmer tomorrow and was told that their computer said not to fulfill the order. The rep suggested that I place the order again. I tried repeatedly to log in to Ace's website and even tried to order the trimmer as a guest, but the website was dysfunctional. So I found a similar trimmer at Lowes for $153 and ordered it there. I figured it was worth $13 to me to buy a trimmer without all the hassle I had to go through with Ace.

The co-op will sell you grass seed of all sorts by the pound and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! I also discovered they have a section next to the grass seed for vegetable seeds and wildflower seeds by the scoop. If you are having trouble growing grass of the conventional sort, we ended up planting premium pasture seed. I think that stuff will grow on pavement! One gentleman told me it would not be as soft but I walk barefoot in my backyard and am very satisfied with it. The only drawback I have experienced is it needs to be mowed a little more. Otherwise, it was a cheap and hardy solution to our landscaping needs!

It is great to have these local stores that will support other local opportunities! When I was there selling cookies with girl scouts i did go in and peruse a little bit after the sale was done and picked up a few items to show support back at them. They had a nice variety of items even energy bars or trail mix as I recall. That was some of the stuff i am pretty sure i picked up. The staff was super friendly! The store was clean and organized. They had a good supply of items. If i needed some items from a hardware store I would definitely support Ace! our small local businesses need us more than ever. The big boxes will survive.

That took over 3 months, more calls to this location and corporate Home Depot than I can count, and finally I had to file a BBB complaint against corporate HD. As soon as someone with a brain saw my complaint, they immediately refunded my money. But I can't get back the time I wasted, and I really don't appreciate the numerous times when I called this location, had someone tell me they'd look in to it and call me back quickly, and then didn't - ever. This store is poorly managed.

We have never been to a better store than this particular location. Every time we purchased paint and a load of other items, we got great help from all of the employees we encountered. We were referred to Francisco Mendoza, a contractor affiliated with Home Depot to install our butcher block counter top and we hired him additionally to replace the windows as well. This gentleman was incredibly honest and his crew were very hardworking and accurate. They did an unbelievable job for us-even replacing an installed window that was defective after installed. Highly recommend this contractor and this particular Home Depot store.

Installer got sick so we didn't know until day 9 the door was wrong. Unfortunately, he stated that's our problem even after I offered to pay a restocking fee and purchasing the correct door from him. Stated its not his fault customers don't read, and he can't be expected to take back items and lose money. The business model here is very short minded and not customer friendly. You take the extra step and build a relationship with your customers, not speak of policies that serve who? Anyone who in the serves business should use this review as the example of poor customer service.
