The staff was very friendly and kept us informed about their conclusion that the wound was likely an abscess and the following treatment, which included draining the area and administering an antibiotic. The vet tech also explained that he needed a rabies shot and printed two invoices - one of which included some additional services (like neutering) so that we could compare prices. We received a follow up text after several days to check in on our fur baby, which was a really nice personal touch. Unfortunately, our cat began picking at the area again once it started scabbing over and we had to bring him back. The clinic placed him in a plastic cone. Overall, we were pleased with the care provided to him.
