I lost count how many times the girls asked to try on numerous items at a time. The nice young man working in the dressing room smiled and never got annoyed each time they went back there. My girls are very slim, so I was stoked to see how well their pants/jeans fit. The had wide-legged carpenter-style jeans on sale at $29.99. They are already begging to go back. Clean & mostly organized store. TIPS + They charge $.10 per bag. + There are *some* uniform type clothes here too.

They have a criminal employee. She stole the money from a gift card when we used it. She swiped it…read moreand said it had nothing on it. H&M customer service confirmed the card was used at their store when we tried to use it. The store can't explain how their records do not show the gift card being used there, but their own customer service confirmed that it was. They will not make it right, probably because they know something illegal occurred.
