Was referred here by a few friends saying it was the best in the area. They are incredibly receptive to your preferences and efficient with timing. Our dog consistently is done in a 2.5 hour window and even gets to play in the day care with the other dogs while she waits to be picked up (instead of being put in a crate for an unknown period of time as we've experienced with other places). If I could give zero stars I would. We have been bringing out senior dog here for a few years and most recently brought her in November. When my husband brought her there last week he was abruptly told he needed to wait for them to groom her. We have never been asked to wait before and when he questioned the person at the desk (albeit he may have been harsher than he intended as he was completely take off guard) she told him that the dog could no longer be groomed and to take her home. She was unprofessional and rude to both my husband and myself when I called to inquire if she would reconsider. Apparently the customer is always right does not apply here. If you are looking for a great groomer - don't go to all fur love - go to the Main Groomer in Medway. Just brought my dogs home from this place they call a groomer. Your a hack shop! I am SO angry and even upset and embarrassed by the haircuts you just gave BOTH my dogs! It's the middle of winter, days after a snowstorm, both my dogs have HAIR and you cut them like it's the middle of July in Texas!! THEY HAVE NO STYLE. No hair! You butchered their tails, it's not even. Their eyelashes GONE, no "chin" hair either!! THEY ARE Both poodle mixes.. who look like homeless mutts!! Beware - Stay away! The reviews posted must be from many of their friends because this place is a joke. I scheduled an appointment over a week ago, confirmed the appointment and showed up for the appointment. They acted surprised to see me although I was right on time I am proceeded to tell me that the owner/person who will be grooming my dogs is at Home Depot and they don't know when he will be back. I would've been a new customer so I wanted to go into the store and they wouldn't let me in the door even though I had a mask on. They just don't let anyone in Is what they said. The two people who talk with me didn't wear masks and didn't care that I had an appointment. They had no care for me as a customer - that they just lost a long-term client. I can't even give them a "1" rating. I called to ask for a mini groom for my westie since we live in Florida and got hit directly with the recent hurricane and our groomer is not open yet. I was thankful they fit us in because they said they were extremely busy. That is the only positive thing I can say. When I dropped my dog off I reiterated I want a mini groom, just clean up her face, paws, and butt and to cut her nails. They charge extra for grinding also apparently. Regardless, when I picked her up they had given her a puppy cut and a terrible one at that. She now looks like a jack russel with a horrible haircut rather than the westie I love. It is not cut evenly and has no hair on her chin and they shaved her belly. She is supposed to have a skirt and a full face. I had to run home for a conference call and could not stay to speak to the owner. I was charged full price and did not even receive an apology when I voiced my dissatisfaction. I have a Great Pyrenees and due to the pandemic, she hasn't been groomed in well over 6 months. Her undercoat was so thick you couldn't touch her skin and she was scratching herself all day. All Fur Love was available within a few days of my calling. Other groomers in the area were booking out weeks. They listened as I explained how I like my dog groomed. She was done in 3 hours. We've had her roughly 9 years and this is the best she's ever looked. Not a single bit of matting. All of her undercoat was blown out. We recently moved to the Medway Area and thought we would give this place a try for grooming. They were great! The dogs came home smelling fresh, groomed or as we call it de-furred and nails dremel versus clipped which is hard on our dogs. The provide great service at a good price and well worth it. I brought my 2 CATS for the first time to All Fur Love and they had awful matts on their coats. They did an AWESOME job quickly and efficiently and I am extremely happy with the results! They had a great "bedside manner" and managed to shave them very close to the skin without any mishaps whatsoever. I would recommend this place for cat grooming with bad matts. I can't speak for all cat's matts, but with mine, they did a great job! The only negative thing is that it is a dark place and could a bit of cleaning up. read more

I have used them for years. Recently, my dog got sprayed with a skunk point blank around 8pm. Tried my own bath solution with peroxide, baking soda, and dish soap as the recipe called for. It worked a little but still a brutal smell. I called All Fur Love at 7:30am the next morning, at they took him for 8:30am. When I picked him up, I was amazed that there was no smell at all. My review is for the grooming services only. They offer day care, and the times we've gone in to have the Captain's nails done the day care dogs seem to have a great time with each other. They're allowed to roam and play in a large, open space right next to the grooming area, and they have plenty of toys, blankets, and windows to look out of (which they all seem to LOVE..) I should disclose that for almost 2 years I was bringing Jack to PetCo to get his nails done for a few reasons... one was their hours of operation. They are open later than most 'mom and pop' groomers, and with my crazy schedule, it worked. Secondly, the Captain only needs his nails trimmed as far as grooming goes. He's a low-maintenece pup otherwise, so I was happy with the staff at PetCo in Milford for a long time. Until October 2011... Normally when I'd bring Jack in, I'd drop him off at the front of the store, and while the staff would work on him, I'd go in, shop a little, pay for the service ($10, plus gratuity) then pick him up on the way out. Over time it was harder and harder to bring Jack in on his own accord, he would try to run back to the car, he'd shake uncontrollably when we checked in, cry, and continuously lick his chops (he does this when he's scared, like during a thunderstorm, etc...) I just thought he had the usual fear of the groomer or something. In October, I didn't have any shopping to do, treats to buy, etc, so I stayed in the grooming area with him. The girl who normally did his nail trim was training someone new, and let her practice on my little man. As soon as she clipped the first nail it was a sh!t show. He let out a noise that in the 3 years I've had him I had never heard. She clipped the second, same thing... I asked her to stop for a second, and before I could ask for the trainee to step aside, she continued to do the 4 paws, (sloppy!) all of which required to have an anti-septic solution applied after to stop his bleeding/pain. He's got black nails. Not the best situation for a new trainee, AND with an already nervous and scared dog. Needless to say, this was our last trip to PetCo. I was referred to Flying Fur by a friend who had brought his own Dachshund in for grooming for years before he passed away. (the dog, not my friend...) What a great find. Erica has been grooming my lil' guy every 3 weeks or so since October, and she does an amazing job. Not only does she clip his nails without incident, she grinds away all the sharp edges left behind, and has never had to use anything on his paws to stop bleeding, etc, because she DOES NOT HURT MY DOG!! He sits still, doesn't make a peep, and walks into FF on his own, without me dragging him by the collar or carrying him in. We wish we found Flying Fur earlier, but I make it a point to tell anyone I know with a dog that needs grooming or boarding about this place. Erica and the staff are wonderful. We bring our pup in for Doggy Daycare. The price is extremely reasonable (cheaper than most dog walkers) and they get up to 12 hours of play. They have been patient with my rescue pup, who is still learning how to be a well behaved, well loved dog. read more

This "grooming" company is not the place to send any animals. They have cut, strangled, and caused infections to not only my family pets but friends' pets as well. They are careless and horrible owners who do not know how to run a business. They should be shut down for the amount of infections and harm they have caused to animals. read more

Needed a groomer last minute, so I looked online and found flying fur! So glad I did! It was a new place for us so we were kind of iffy being the first time which is normal because we want the best for our dogs,in the past we've been going to pet smart and they hurt our dogs while clipping their nails, I'm happy to say that we will be returning to flying fit for all our future grooming needs, our dogs came out beautiful and the cuts they got make them look like a million dollars! My English Golden ( 9 month pup) was groomed here in January. It was a full day experience for her. She was a beautiful dog when I brought her in, but when I picked her up, she was a rock star! Could have won a beauty contest. They trimmed and her thick and feathery fur so expertly and her nails were pedicured perfectly! She shedded much less after her visit. And wow - she smelled so good! I was absolutely horrified with the condition of my family's dog (a small Shih Tzu / Yorkie mix) after my mom picked him up after a grooming at Flying Fur. We had been using them as groomers for years and had never had a problem, but immediately after bringing him home this particular afternoon he was lethargic and distant and wouldn't let us pet him. I noticed his tail was between his legs, and upon further inspection (which involved me holding him because he was so upset) I noticed an enormous cut (that appeared to had been previously bleeding) around his privates and another around his rear, which explained why he was keeping his tail down. I was in disbelief upon seeing the actual condition my dog was is, especially after finding more around his legs and belly area, and one nick near one of his eyes. I tried to comfort him and when I brushed his ears back he instantly retreated and I noticed that they cut the tips of BOTH ears. At this point I was fuming and asked my mom who had possibly done this (apparently a six-year-old with a pair of scissors) and she said that she did not recognize the groomer and that it was a bigger man that she had not seen at Flying Fur before. I insisted that she called the store and when she refused (she preferred to just find a new groomer and let it be) I called and asked who had cut our dog's fur. The associate that answered the phone was friendly but did not give me any names regarding who had been taking care of (butchered) our dog. I told the woman about the cuts all over his body and she said that sometimes if the dog is fidgety they "may be nicked," which was NOT the case. The cuts on my dog were horrifyingly raw and showed obvious signs of force from whoever was in charge of overseeing the grooming... The woman then said that I could bring my dog in for an oatmeal bath to help "soothe the wounds." I didn't dare let my dog near there again! Please do not let your pets near this place... read more
