We were greeted by this very sweet little girl (10-12 yrs old likely the owner's daughter) who was so polite and she gave us a little history about the building before her store took it over a year ago. Their response was basically "call the police, we are waiting," which tells you everything you need to know about how they treat customers. Everything with them comes down to money and greed. There's no care, no accountability, and no professionalism -- just arrogance and a complete lack of empathy, even when children's belongings are involved. They act like customers are inconveniences instead of the people keeping their business alive. Businesses like this don't fail because of competition -- they fail because of terrible attitudes, greed, and horrible customer service.
