Again no callback and I've been unable to get past the voicemail. Staff in the store are nice, but it's too far for me to drive just to ask a question and turn around if they likely don't have the product.

They had Bearded Dragons, Chinchillas and Guinea Pigs though! They also have cat and kitten adoptions on Saturday's and Sunday's from 1-4pm. They didn't include the last two dogs grooming appointment so it didn't populate as free. When I mentioned this to the groomer they said to speak to the check out person. I saw Gerry and told him the situation and he attempted to call their customer service line. Apparently they were closed for a holiday. So to not hold up the line I just paid and called customer service myself. I spoke to their customer service rep and they stated they were going to send a message to their back office team to get me a refund. I call 3 business days later to follow up. The person in customer service said the message had been closed out because the general manager of the store was to call or email me. I didn't not receive a call or an email. He said all he could do is send a message again. After being frustrated I called the store myself and spoke to Jessica in grooming. She said she would get back to me by Friday. It's now been over 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone. Their customer service sucks. And when trying to rectify the situation with the store directly I still received no help. I will not be going back.
