On Superbowl Sunday morning, I had a blowout on a tire and dropped off just the tire since I had put on the spare. Unfortunately, when I dropped it off, I didn't tell them it was going to need a new tire, so the person who took it wrote it up as a repair. When I showed up to pick it up, the tire wasn't fixed. They had to get the Team Lead, Jon, to help me. After hearing from me, he helped me pick a tire, checked me out, and then personally put on the tire on my rim. He helped me, even though I was the one who had made the mistake at dropoff. I just wanted to share how thankful I was for the level of service I received. It was above and beyond the call of duty.

Took my car to Walmart service dept in Seguin Tx to get an oil change, new wiper blades and…read morepossibly buy new tires. Car was there for 3 hours only to find out they didnt do anything. They canceled everything because supposedly there was no threads on the drain plug. Took it to Take 5 in New Braunfels Oil quickly changed. Tires still going down so I now feel that they just added air and didn't actually check the tires for leaks. Be wary if they tell you something is wrong with your vehicle. Very unprofessional and will never take my car back there. Disgusted and disgruntled. Update: after I got the oil changed I went to discount tire down the road. They found (and i saw it with my own two eyes) a bubble on the front tire. So the employees did not check the tires like they said. Both front tires needed to be replaced. Do better Walmart!! And for the record this happened on 5/25/26.

The place is full of lots of interesting(and a few overpriced) chotchies. I was able to haggle my way into purchasing a fun chair and cool lamp at a great price (this is the part where liquid courage comes in handy). I'll definately keep my eye out for more deals at this tucked away gem in Seqin the next time I'm there. I've got my eyes on some cool old school rollerskates that may just need a new home on my shelf.

This dollar tree faces Highway 123 and is clean and well merchandised. Two things that were conspicuously absent, were wine and beer, which apparently they don't sell at this location. They also do not have a Redbox or propane tank rentals here. They do have plenty of cold drinks and water, but you'll pay convenience store prices. You can get a better selection and prices at Dollar General, including beer.

D&D carries a healthy selection of riding pants, including Ariat. The women's clothing and boot section are expansive, and have a much better selection than Cavendars. This store is set up more like a Wester Wear store you would see up north, where they carry everything, unlike the city "Western wear" stores, where the employees are dime store Cowboys. The employees were friendly and helpful, and knew the brands. They carry everything from Double D to Frye to Sperry, and the prices seemed comparable to other major retailers. I found a cute baby shower gift, jewelry, and jeans on sale. The home decor section was filled with contemporary western things like cheese boards, picture frames, and place settings, and the prices were reasonable. According to my boyfriend, the saddle section seemed slim from their previous stock. They do have consignment options, it seems. This is a very small and cramped store in a bad part of town. They seem to have everything you need…read morethough, and they always have 1/2 off sales. The staff seemed very helpful. They sell a lot of children's clothes and beachware. I find that the Dollar General stores are cleaner and more organized.
