I was able to do the job I needed in the time I predicted. (I could have never done it with a four wheel bobcat.). The machine was in great condition, practically new, and functioned flawlessly. The air conditioned cab was really nice...cool, clean and most of all, not dusty. The tilt trailer I rented was easy to load and unload. (Next time I'll probably take advantage of their delivery and pickup service.) The pickup and return was easy and laid back. Friendly guys and great to do business with. Overall I give these guys an A+ and highly recommend.

In the…read morepast couple of years management has gotten terrible here. 90% of the time I shop there they are out of something. Shelves are never stocked. Bags of food are often ripped and taped back and sold. Cashiers need better training. They dont even know how to look up the price of items. Saturday I went to buy square bales of coastal and the cashier said they were out. "When will you get more in?" We don't know. We've been out for a couple months and they never know when a shipment will come in. They just show up. If this is true that's ridiculous. And I can't imagine the corporate office would let their locations hang out to dry like that with restocking. In Lockhart, keeping merchandise stocked is the absolute biggest problem and there really are no excuses for that. I plan to buy elsewhere from now on.

Luckily the tile was in stock and The employee helping us went to go get another box off the shelf so we didn't have to enter the store. But I feel the guy was really careful when he was putting the box of the tiles in our truck. I don't think he broke them. I like their holiday sales . I always wake up early on Black Friday because they have great prices on poinsettias for $1.99 each and wreaths for $7.99 can't beat that. The reason I get up at 6 AM is poinsettias and wreaths run out pretty quickly.

If a product is not in stock, they will check for me to see when it arrives. I find good prices 99% of the time, and great service. I use both the return desk, as well as the Pro desk to order from. Donna is my favorite person on the Pro Desk. She researches and always has good suggestions on alternative products when the one I want is no longer available. I always ask for her, since I hate running a training program for the newbies. She also suggests products on sale. I just bring her my measurements and let her know what I am building, and she helps with material takeoffs too. She has a great grasp of construction and knows her products very well.
