Security or Loss Prevention escalates situations rather than preventing them like the title of their job says. The title and profession of security should be given to an adult who knows how to act and perform in a professional manner on behalf of the company and store. Not given to an immature adult or teenager who lacks experience in customer service and deescalation of situations. The store's mishandling of ongoing problems alone places the value of the employees higher than the value of any consumer or customer that enters this exact location. Should consumers and customers come to a place where nothing about them is valued as a customer but their purchases? This store needs copious amounts of improvement in their staffing, the way they handle their security, and the way they treat their customers; if they want to see more positive reviews and a greater influx of consumers and revenue.

While some areas of the mall are bustling there are others that are in disrepair and many spaces vacant in a barren retail desert. They did update one area which seems nice but there are broken escalators, leaky ceilings and other things that just need the attention of the maintenance crew to address. It will definitely be interesting to see what this $500 million rejuvenation project will do to this property --- and at what cost to the taxpayer and traffic patterns.
