This is not a legitimate honest company. Beware. They lost track of our first order for a $500 medical device. The manager Chris told us via email: "the order was cancelled and no payment was made Regards, Chris Centofanti". Then informed us that the order "might" have been sent but couldn't confirm because they didn't have a tracking number which is why he didn't think it would be delivered. We were understanding that mistakes can be made but this caused a delay in my husband's treatment that led to additional damage to my husband health. To prevent my husband's condition from further deteriorating, we decided to place a new order $500 for the device to be delivered. Chris advised that this was probably best to guarantee we receive the product. We now have two charges for $500 and Chris informed us that we need to pay additional fees to fedex for their companies mistake in order even initiate the process to get our money back. REVIEW ON EMPLOYEE INTERACTION: My husband and I are both managers for two different medical companies in our area and we were shocked at how aggressive Chris was. We understand how inconveniences like this can happen sometimes and didn't mind, we just wanted it resolved. We also know how angry some customers can be when mistakes like this are made so we were very gentle when we brought it up. He was very defensive and initially only concerned about telling why it was our fault (obviously it wasn't our fault as we have proof that he said it was cancelled/no charge). We are posting this review to let others know to be weary when ordering high cost medical devices not only due to the potential for error, but also for this company's unwillingness to resolve their mistake. We also see that the owner of the company responds to reviews and want to ensure they are aware of our customer experience, to prevent and experience like this from happening to others.

The next morning Keith came by and took my wheelchair out to his truck in the driveway to do the work. In less then a hour he brough it back looking brand new with super brakes. We were greeted by the owner and another lady . We struck up a lengthy conversation while my daughter shopped . We had so much in common health wise that we had struggled with . Robin connects with her shoppers , as a previous business owner, I know how important this is to develop a business relationship that's positive and adds to a great shopping experience. This store has such a great " coastal" vibe . Great styles and selection. Although my daughter only bought one top ,they treated us like we just bought a whole wardrobe . The volunteer next to me said she was a nurse and I was glad that she said that. A man brought his wife's consignments in and they asked where his wife was and he said she was waiting in the car. Next time I will send in my husband and wait in the car.They don't welcome people who come into shop. I did see 2 women stocking shelves who were nice. The rest of the volunteers just want you to get out of their way so that they can get the clothes on the racks. I've beed consigning there for several years and they still have no idea that I'm a long-term consignee. Why not come in early to price and stock. They are the rudest shop in downtown Venice.
