I contacted the company they did not seem to care. I filed a complaint with better business bureau they gave me a BS response saying they would contact me in 2 days, they did not. This is a warning for anybody purchasing acetylene or any gas from tractor supply, they will definitely be shorting you, you should weigh your tank, and probably just go elsewhere. This is a deceitful company and this is their acceptable business practice. They don't care about customers they only care about money.

Updating my review from 6 months ago. Tractor Supply has a new app now, I used it when it first…read morecame out to place an online order for curbside pick up & it was very glitchy. The store ended up having to call me to clarify the order & then I ended up having to go inside the store to be sure my order was correct & I wasn't over-charged. I've been hesitant to order thru the app again & just resumed online ordering for curbside pick up via their website which has worked well. The big difference now is that you used to have to pull into a spot and call the store, but if you ordered online and you received your email confirmation or your text confirmation that your order is ready you now just click a link via the email or text and put in the make and model of your car and they will bring your order out and load it into your car. This is particularly helpful for me since I order 50 pound bags of birdseed. They still had to come out and confirm my name because someone in the store apparently butchered it and writing up the ticket. But once I pulled into the spot everything was loaded into my car within five minutes. The staff has always been friendly in the store and at curbside pick up. I have gone into the store several times in the past months & gotten the orders at check out. If you join their neighbors club you get perks such as extra discounts and then you earn additional discounts based on dollar amounts spent. Their birdseed prices are often better than big box stores such as Home Depot or Lowe's, which is why I continue to come here for my backyard bird feeding supplies. As I said in my previous review they have everything needed for the outdoors and for the farm, gardening and livestock. They actually just started a new tractor supply RX, which is a separate website for pet medication and supplies.

But don't worry they'll charge you hand raised and tame prices! They sold us a disabled bird I don't think they knew was struggling because they said she was just timid. She couldn't properly use her feet. She was terrified. It took months of cage and perch changes and constant handling and exercises to get her to almost normalcy. She's an African ringneck. She needs lots of space but her tail was a nub because she was kept in a tiny cage there and when we got her home she needed perches everywhere to handle moving in a small cage. She's in a proper cage now with tons of room and has a glorious tail. She would have fallen and hurt herself constantly if we'd put her in it before. She's still very clumsy but hey...we all have drawbacks. But the fact is they either didn't know she was disabled or looked over it to charge us full price AND not tell and show us she needed extra help. I've done rescue. I've been in tons of exotic pet stores. None of them would do this. They have an amazing toy selection and there aren't a lot of pet stores in this area but don't expect a properly hand raised parrot here. Expect hand raised prices though. Because where are you going to go? Find a private breeder. There are plenty on pet adoption sites. You could do worse than this but not by much.

The staff members were nice and patient when you could get a chance to talk with them. The challenge was a lot of people visiting and staff being taken up made that a challenge. But this is regarding puppies, so hard to blame them for a big rush of dog lovers. I feel it is important to provide some perspective on the pricing. While I generally do not have an issue with paying a premium for top quality service and products(sorry, not a great way to label a potential family pet with traditional wording), the markup here is significant. I was quoted over $5,000 for a puppy that can be found through trusted, local certified breeders for $1,200 or less. That's a terrible mark up for a family pet just because they come with a package of food, toys, and warranty. While the convenience of a mall location and the included starter kit is a nice touch, a price difference of several thousand dollars is difficult to overlook. I would recommend that anyone looking for a specific breed also research local certified breeders in the area to ensure they are making a financially sound decision. As a dog lover that would have made the same day purchase for a fair price, I'm heavily disappointed that several of these puppies may not go home with a loving family due to such a significant markup. Beautiful puppies, well maintained store, and helpful staff, but the cost makes a visit incredibly heartbreaking.
