Dean a sales rep is a rude person I was trying to buy another car with him and he took it as me hitting on him. He also criticized how messy my trunk was when I bought my first car and had to transfer things from the old car to the new car I got a survey asking how my Maintence went recently when I didn't get any done which is fraud. They emailed and said sorry they will fix that in their system When I got a windshield replaced for safety recall they messed up my weather stripping and never responded to my complaints about it or the survey when I wrote about it. Car was purchased on 1/25/26 and wasn't ready for pick up until 2/6/26. DMV fees were taken from us even though the tags are current and paid until Nov 2026. 2nd programmed key was promised, but not delivered yet. Still waiting to hear from them. The service from everyone except Bennie was terrible. No return calls. I attempted to reach the GM Alex Moqardam several times and he never returned my call. Originally, we came in to purchase a promaster city van from Lance, but after seeing the commercial trucks on the lot, we changed our minds and threw the sales team for a loop. I communicated with Lance on the phone and via text at about 9am on Wed. July 5th. By 2pm my credit app was submitted and i was driving an hour away to Tracy to get the van. Lance had it detailed for us and waiting. He was leaving at 5pm that day due to other obligations and we understood. He passed us off to the sales manager...but Lance made sure to say hello to us before he left! We were conflicted between the van and this RAM 1500 truck. The Ford van we own needed a new engine and Ford told us it would be $11k for a refurbished engine. We rented a truck at the airport to get us by, and of course they hooked us up with a Hemi Limited. My fiance (toyota lover) fell in love with the 2023 hemi limited. I'll get him one of those hemi limited soon. In the meantime, he will enjoy the basics while he works in the HVAC business. For an oil change in a diesel pick up they charged me $416.23. The $29.00 dollar filter was $109.00 and the oil itself was $122.60 and $184.58 in labor. I do not know where to start. I took my vehicle (Jeep) in for an oil leak as a precaution during August. The vehicle did not have any other problems. The service department found many problems during their inspection. These problems were not able to be fixed until now (November). I waited almost 3 months! Now I understand things take time and that is not what upset me. I was dissatisfied with their service because of the lack of communication, empty promises, and lies. During my experience, I spoke with two service advisors and a supervisor who would not call me back when I requested them to. I would be on hold for thirty minutes and no one would pick up. I was told my vehicle would be ready and when that time came it wouldn't be. Now halfway through my experience the car was inspected and released to me. I couldn't even drive it off the lot without further warning signals. They took it again to fix their mistakes. Now to make amends with my poor experience they promised me a clean vehicle when it would be released to me and I got it back dirtier than how I took it in. I'm never coming back to their service department ever again. I have never been this stressed with any other customer service ever. Lance assured me of a better interest rate than what the current lender I was going through had to offer. which is great but I agreed under one condition if my credit was not ran multiple times & he assured me, shaking my hand & making promises that he would run my credit only ONCE since he was positive they would only need to run it one time to get me a better interest rate, continues to promise that he would not SHOP around with my credit. Despite assuring me of running my credit only once, he did so FIVE times without consent! I understand not getting the rate he expected after running my credit first time but to continue to run it without my consent after expressing concerns why I did not want my credit to be ran multiple times and him assuring me he would not run it multiple times yet ran it FIVE times. Never once mentioned to me that they ran my credit was ran FIVE times!. Not a MAN of his WORD! Additionally, the missing car part promised to be replaced at time of purchasing remains unresolved for nearly 1.5 months. I have a copy of due bill showing they will replace part. Every time I ask for updates no-one seems to have a solid answer to why the part has not been replaced yet, when originally Lance stated it would be a 2 week wait, and of course now that we are post sale, and Lance has made his sale everything seems to be out of his control. We dropped our truck off for service last week and were told we would have a diagnosis by end of shift. No one called, so I called in and waited on hold for over 30 minutes. actually spoke to someone who informed me the service advisor who wrote us up no longer works there and we will have to wait until morning to have an answer. I have tried calling in numerous times and have been on hold for collectively over an hour. My wife has called, only to have been placed on multiple holds, and finally resorted to having a Finance manager walk over and demand your service deportment answer the phone, and was again placed on another hold and sent to voice mail. I finally got a call back on Thursday saying they were working on the issue and would update me Friday or Tuesday since it was Labor Day weekend. Today, I called, sat on hold again for over 15 minutes again, only to be told that my service advisor would call me later. They didn't know the name, nor the phone number the truck was under. This is absolutely unacceptable. I work for a CAT dealership and have a very good understanding of service que's and how a service department functions and I am shocked that this is how you function with such horrible customer service. Your service department's dysfunction and major lack of communication has caused us an unnecessary delay in getting our vehicle diagnosed and repaired. I brought my 18 grand caravan in for only a oil change, was quoted 79.95, brought it in at 7:30am, it finished at 3:30pm, the time wasn't the issue it's the price gauging. I get a bill for 242.42 for a oil change. This isn't a huge car, I've always paid other places about $80. So I called to figure out why, lady on the phone said she had to get manager approval, why ? It was already approved when I was quoted that . How do you go up 3X the price for a simple oil change. But I didn't ask for the water fluid top off when they tried to charge $6 but ultimately dropped it to $1.75. Parts were ridiculous. read more

Terrible dealer that hides thousands of dollars in mandatory add-ons that you have to pay and never tell you about, no matter how many times I called or how many salespeople I asked. I even talked to the sales manager, and he confirmed the final price and said there were no extra hidden costs or fees. I told him to double-check because I would have to commute long hours to their location, so I didn't want any surprises, and he assured me the final price. Then, after I commuted there and spent over three hours, I was told there were over $2,000 in mandatory add-ons and that they totally ignored all the information I was told on the phone by several people, including the sales manager. When I asked to talk to the sales manager directly, they said he was not there and they couldn't reach him by phone. I called him several times while I was at the dealer, and he didn't answer.
