He helped us see interiors, exteriors explain options etc. While we were looking we were greeted by the main technician Chuck who gave us insites into service for the various brands. Then we met service coordinator Russell and Robb the general manager. Unbelievably it was a relaxing experience. We are still on the fence because of family obligations. We've brought our RV here a couple of times and each time has been an unwelcome experience. First…read morewas to get the monitor panel for the water/waste/battery fixed and to look at why the water supply line to the bathroom is leaking. Neither were done but we were charged for something. It took MONTHS for them to do next to nothing. We had to pick up the RV before they finished the work but after so long a time it should have already been back to us. We then took it back a few months later to try to get the work finished and have the roof sealed. They did the work requested and had it back to us but again it took a very long time, well over a month, maybe two. The mechanic dinged up a couple of spots hitting the wall either going in or out of the stall and it also broke the awning. Accidents happen, they were up front about it and said they will order a replacement awning and fix the other damage done. It took quite a while for the part to arrive. Not sure if it was because, like everything else, they didn't take care of the task in a reasonable amount of time or if the vendor/shipper was the issue. It's raining today and there is water leaking into the RV indicating the job they did to seal the roof wasn't done well. After leaving our RV there again in September of 2022 for several weeks to have the awning repaired we needed the RV for a planned trip so we had to pick it up again. The awning has finally been "repaired", poorly. The latch to disengage it to pull it out was set wrong. The mechanic adjusted it, requiring rivets to be cut, latch adjusted and re-riveted. We thought it was moved far enough forward but attempting to use it today showed that it isn't. Completely disgusted. TL;DR; Never again. Non-existent response to multiple calls. Every call, "we'll call you back", never called back. Slow and unacceptable work. Took MONTHS to repair what they broke.

After repeated calls I had to leave my name and number over and over even after filling out paperwork they seem to not know who I was every time I called to ask for my estimate. Even though the RV was outside his usual service area, he graciously agreed to make the two-hour, 120 mile, trip and scheduled the inspection for 7:30 AM that Saturday! Chris called us afterward to go over his report, which was incredibly detailed and clearly the result of a very thorough inspection. As first-time motorhome buyers, we've had a lot of questions both before and after the inspection, and Chris has been quick to respond every time, even offering thoughtful advice along the way. If we could give a 10-star review, we absolutely would. Chris is friendly, accommodating, and his expertise shines through in everything he does. What could have been a stressful experience, buying a used RV long distance, turned into a smooth, reassuring process. I called him and at first he was very responsive. he showed up, in a car, but took him 2 days to fix the valve, and I had to give him money to purchase the valve. He did replace the valve, checked for leaks and he did a good job at that. even offered a discount if I paid cash. (is this a red flag)2 stars is for not finishing the job. he cut 5 holes in the underbelly and used Gorilla tape to seal the cuts. the next day the tape was laying on the ground. I called him back and he said he would come by and fix it, but never showed up. I called him a couple of more times and still NO response. after the third day, I called and it seems he blocked by number not unable to leave voice mail, or text message. I sent a message through his website, and still no response. I even told him purchased the underbelly tape, all he had to do was show up and apply it. very unprofessional. I ended up sealing the holes myself. very difficult as I have lung cancer, and get short of breath easily. this being 2 days after chemo. I needed to take the 5th wheel back to storage before I get a fine for leaving it on the street more than 3 days. just very disapointed in this business. I would not hire him again. He does not communicate.

The temperature was triple digit. I text him, letting him know that I was really suffering in this heat. when he did respond to my text, he kept saying "tomorrow ", Haven't seen him since 07/27. No a/c. No return of $1,000.cash. Told me he didn't accept credit cards, cash only that day. Even told him I couldn't get another ac through someone else because he had all my money. Day after day of him going to return my cash. i even threatened him with "you've messed with the wrong person". I'll let you know what happens.
