The staff is friendly and the NP Nicole Hawkins takes the time to listen to my mom's concerns in order to better understand and treat her condition. Working with us, patiently, to find the best plan of action for care, then being clear and transparent about what we can expect makes a huge difference between leaving the doctor feeling hopeful or frustrated and being dismissed (what we continued to see with IHA/Trinity Health). I also plan to set up an appointment with Blue Sky when I'm ready for my annual physical and have suggested to my spouse and adult son to do the same.

Told my husband there's nothing that can be done for his condition except opioids then went on to tell us how ignorant we are for having accepted them from the medical society in the first place even though we were there looking for alternatives. If you want attitude, Dr. Wheeler is your man but if you want compassionate help for decades of chronic pain, go elsewhere. There's not a thing I can do about how he treated us except warn others suffering from chronic pain to run away from this so-called pain management doctor.

We had a moment of confusion concerning my gender, but the Medical Staff was only unfamiliar with my paperwork dilemma. ("Is this an Insurance form or a Medical Form?" is the sort of question a Non-Binary person has to ask when there is only a binary checkbox and it is almost never labeled with the correct terminology. Obvs, nobodies fault stuff like that happens all the time. :) The Medical Assistants were all quick, efficient and genuinely pleased to be of service! They got me in early for my appointment too. I won't say my Doctor's name, but they were openly and respectfully curious as to how they might be of service to a Transgender Person, when so often the past told a different story. :( My Doctor addressed my every concern and meeting with them was very pleasant. The fish tank next to the check-out desk has an _Actual_Literal_Sea_Urchin_! They are very black, except for their orange rude part, and about nine inches across. The Staff Person at the check-out desk was friendly and enthusiastic! They walked me through every step of the check-out process with a smile! The Medical Assistant thanked me for coming in today! I am totally 100% assured that they will follow up with me at every opportunity and that our relationship will continue to be successful and pleasant.

She never did, went there the next day in person and spoke to a nurse practitioner (Beth)who changed the prescription. Her attitude was horrible, told me I was rude for asking to speak with someone in person. She said that my situation was not an urgency, and that it was rude to show up in person to ask for the correction to be made. Then she went on to claim that the reason behind their ineptness was lack of employees. Let me be frank, she is an awful person with a passive aggressive attitude who should not be allowed to speak with patients. Please avoid this place

They are teaching me how to stretch properly and aiding me with comprehensive life changes so I can remobilize. I work full time and have to keep on the move. They always ask 'how are you doing', they want to help. My issues have to do with Pelvic floor, not something many PTs are used to treating, but Saige is knowledgeable in this area and is making a big difference.
