They will verbally apologize for things - feels like lip service, and make no real showing of being apologetic. An example: service rep had put down wrong address for pick up by the Uber driver. I couldn't reach anyone in the service dept (very common), so I had to show up at the wrong address to be picked up or miss the pick up service and have further delays. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone else. They claim that staff are all mostly new within the year, that even their service technicians are all new. Big turn over, you wonder why. I wish this wasn't the closest VW dealership to me, but it is.
