I've been going to Tracy's Nails for 3 months now. I love their shellac & application. They look so nice!! I have never been able to keep any type of nail polish or shellac stay on my nails. It just peels right off. When Tracy's techs apply shellac, it stays good for a month. Amazes me. I will never go anywhere else. I've never had a rude encounter with any tech. It's always upbeat & the energy is good. I don't like their liberal TV stations, but that's my only complaint. Prices are reasonable as well. 5 stars read more

I had been going to this place for the last two years but only because it was close to my house. Your experience is going to depend on who does your nails. Lily, who sits in chair one, is excellent! Mary, who sits down on the left, also does a good job. There have been other male techs that were good but they are now gone. Do not let the guy Quy who sits on the first left chair touch your nails! I have had more than one issue with this guy, but last week was the last time I will ever step foot into that place. Typically, when he has done my nails in the past, I found that they would lift & he was always trying to upsell a full set, cat's-eye polish or some thing else to put money into his pocket. He literally said that people typically get full sets every month! He barely speaks English, is extremely slow & rude. Also, do not go in between the hours of 2 o'clock and 4 o'clock. Since the wait times are ridiculously long, I finally asked one of the girls when is the best time to come in when it's not so busy? She obviously misunderstood me because she told me between 2 and 4, so I made sure that I came in between that time & waited even longer! I was pretty frustrated by the time she did my nails. When I asked her about it she said... that's when the girls who work there go & pick up their kids! Unfortunately, that was the only time that I had on Thursday, so I waited 40 minutes and got stuck with that guy. All I needed was a fill & one repair. He said there was another nail on my left hand that was lifting, so I told him he could fix whatever needed to be fixed. Of course you can't understand what he's mumbling underneath his mask. So he Started drilling on my already thin nails... then started painfully taking off one of my tips. When I told him to take it easy, he got offended. Then I realized after he chopped down all the nails on my left side that he was planning on giving me a full set! I looked at him and told him I do not have time for a full set, I did not request one & I wasn't intending to pay for one. I had an appointment in 40 minutes. He asked me if I could come back. No! I had to work. I had already been in the salon well over an hour. Then he got up pissed off, walked away from me as I sat there with my nails cut down on one hand & wishing that anyone else could help me at that point. He came back & was tossing things around like he was so inconvenienced that I didn't have time to sit in his chair for another hour & pay him for a full set. Little did I know, he had drilled off all of the acrylic on all of my nails, which I didn't realize until today when the polish started rubbing off for no reason! Going to the salon or getting your nails done is supposed to be a pleasurable experience. I have never written an unkind review on any business or individual, but in this case, I thought it was necessary to hopefully help someone else avoid such a miserable experience being disrespected,hurt and treated so unkindly and rude. I have been going here for many, many years - I have spent a lot of $ not just for myself but also for my daughters and nieces. Walked in at 5:50 pm today for a simple dip fill - was stopped at the door and told that they were closed. I said "You're open until 7" - I also heard Lilly (who knows me well as I leave very generous tips) - yell to "Take a seat!" - I stated "Okay - cool - I'm never coming back." Went in & got acrylics. Asked for coffin shape, I got square. All of my nails are crooked. My thumb nails are way shorter then the others. On top of it all, the guy who did my nails, he fell out of his chair!! & he was super aggressive while doing my nails. Take your chance with this place. Never coming back again. read more

I went to get a mani pedi for a wedding. Got there and the guy at number 3 was the one available. He did great painting my toenails. If you want the experience of a nice massage with the hot stones DONT get him. He didn't ask me once if I was comfortable. His massage had no pressure it was not very good. read more

I am so unhappy after paying $35 +tip for a French tip pedicure at this place. They have blocked reviews on their Facebook page so here I am. My mom, sister, and I went together for pedicures for a girls afternoon. We made an appointment a couple days prior and got in the chairs quickly when we arrived. I had a young girl who seemed to rush through my pedicure. My mom and sister both got a normal single polish color but I asked for white French tips, which I feel is a pretty common request and have had done many many times at a different nail place I prefer. My heels are still rough today, she didn't do much to smooth them out. If you look at the pictures you'll see she did a terrible job on the white tips, the worst was on my big toes. The tips on the two big toes don't even match each other. I'm mostly upset at the waste of money. I work hard and don't have a ton of time or money to spend on pedicures. I will never return to this place and would advise others to steer clear as well. read more

I've been getting dip nails for a few years and honestly the worst experience I have had. When I left 5 of my cuticles were swollen and bleeding. My nails were so thick and not the color I requested. I would not recommend going here. Plus, that was the most I have ever spent on them. read more

First visit, very nice staff and appears to be clean. Got a pedicure, went a little fast but not fast enough to complain about lol Pedicure was $30 but a nice day from home. Only downside I could think of was that it was a little plain in there, nothing out of the ordinary to draw MW back. But that's just my taste. read more

Told young girl just wanted a pedicure and no polish (winter). I had some white on the top of my toe nails so she used a dremel to remove. It comes off very easy with just a nail file not sure why she used a dremel...... I didn't realize when she was done she didn't put any oil or cream on my nails. When I got home I inspected closer, my nails were very rough like sand paper and dry, also noticed she went to deep with the dremel and caused dips in my nails. A few days later my toe nails which I asked her to cut real short were very thin and sharp. I had to cut them again they felt like they would cut through my sheets. I went back to complain and they acted like they didn't know who she was! LOL Owner put oil on my toe nails..... I told her I wanted a refund, she said Oh no no refund! It is going to take at the least 3 months for the damage to grow out, especially now that it is winter!! I gave 1 star because the young girl was nice and friendly! I was feeling down so I wanted to get my nails done, nothing special just a manicure, I went in wearing my boyfriends work hoodie. the guy who was doing my nails looked me up and down, watched my boyfriend hand me money, looked at the company logo on the hoodie... I have never been charged so much for just a manicure ever in my life... The guy even had the older woman working there come over and they laughed about how much he charged me, the women bent over my nails and busted out laughing... I was feeling generous and was planning on tipping before I even walked in, but I ended up running out even more down than before.. Would never recommend this place. read more

I've gone to Tracy's many times and for the most part have received ok service. The staff have been fairly pleasant and their prices are reasonable. However, after today, I will not be back. My daughter and I went today as a celebration of something special. The man that did my nails was told by the woman doing my daughter's nails that I wanted a manicure like she was doing with my girl. So he took me to his table and started the process. I'm pretty sure that every woman knows that you start off by soaking your hand/nails in a softening solution and then the nail tech cleans underneath the tips of the nails. Well, he started by filing and then painting mine. I was confused so I stopped him and asked if he planned on soaking my nails after the first coat or pushing back my cuticles and moisturizing around my nails and he said something I couldn't understand. So I made it clear (again) that I wanted a manicure and then a shellac with white tips. He nodded and continued. When he began adding the white polish to the tips and continuing without treating my cuticles or even cleaning under my nails I stopped him and asked what kind of manicure this was because I had never had one without the nail tech soaking and cleaning the nails before painting them. He said (and I quote) "we clean nails" and I thought that meant that he just hadn't done it yet. By now, the painful crack that started underneath my right thumbnail was bleeding a bit. I had pointed it out to him at the beginning and asked him to be very careful. After he was done with the final coat of polish he told me how much I owed him and I said, you're done? At this point, I was getting super frustrated. I told him that I wanted (and had made it very clear...3 times) that I wanted a manicure and a shellac. He just repeated what I owed him. I paid and then spoke with the woman who had originally told him I wanted a manicure and she said that I had been charges correctly and then just kept laughing about the situation. That only frustrated me more. She offered to put oil on my nails. I told her that that wasn't a manicure either. She laughed...again. Needless to say, I will not be back. read more

Went in with my best friend to get our nails done. The guy doing my nails completely screwed them up giving me crooked somewhat rounded nails when I asked for coffin shaped. When I complained about it he barely filed them and asked if it was better. I pointed out a couple nails that were still crooked and he handed me the nail file and said "you do it then." Literally got the exact opposite of what I was asking for in my experience there. I wanted white nails with silver tips, but I received clear nails with gold glitter tips. I considered walking out and not even paying it was terrible service and they do not make you feel welcome because they are always speaking in a different language to each other. Nice nail person however she was in a big hurry and polish over shellac is so thin that you can see through. Only put 2 thin layers on and outside coat isn't even shiny...think she was in such a hurry to do next person that she didn't even finish mine?? Also when I arrived with old shellac, she never buffed old a little before the foils... Usually they will buff old to allow foils to work on loosening old?? While filing old shellac off she stated it was thick and proceeded to file roughly on old shellac and cut my cuticle, causing it to bleed. Not a good experience at all. I won't be returning here... I'm going back to my regular place so I can be pampered a little. Price was more than my place too. I tried it but just not good. read more
