Omg, Lyn is amazing! She did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've ever experienced. This says a lot considering I use to do nails myself. She was very welcoming. She was gentle and thorough. Very clean and detailed. She knew that I was tired (from working graveyard) and kept our convo to a minimum. I must have falling asleep 3 times (even with a screaming toddler that someone decided to take to a salon). This was my nails when I first got them done. I love them so much. Nancy did an amazing job. They were $65 (with ombre and diamonds) which I think was totally worth it. I am not going anywhere else from now on because she did such a great job. It's been a little over two weeks now and my nails don't even look like they've grown out they look amazing. This is the worst place to get your nails done. I got a manicure and the manicurist says, "oh, you don't have much to take off (my cuticles)", which was untrue. My hands looked horrible. My polish looked blown and my cuticles were just as bad. I went back the next day to show the owner and she got upset. I just ended up getting my money back. I will never go back. read more

I'm from Sacramento. Came in 4/28 because I was just in town for the hour and honestly was the worst mistake to get my nails done from here. The nail tech which was 23 years old pretty viet girl did a horrible job. She didn't care that she hurt me, didn't even say sorry. Put on way to much super glue. Super glue her medical gloves to my nails before putting the acrylic and didn't even take it all off so it shows through my full set. Paid 25$ but gave her $30, but if I had the even $25, she wouldn't got the $5 tip. I walked off annoyed but said thanks just cause.. I regretted though. I'm just to nice, SMH. literally a waste of time. for reference i go to nail salons and at home nail techs all the time for acrylics so i know what to look for in a good set of acrylics. i made an appointment for 1 pm and didn't get seen til 1:40. there was no concern for cleanliness as well; all tools that should be one use like the nail files and nail clippers were completely worn down and not clean at all. the whole process was rushed. when applying the powder it was just put on there without any real concern for the placement of it and how it would make the nail look lumpy. the shaping of the nail is also what threw me off since there was little shaping done and using old nail files doesn't help their case either. its just not a clean cut shape, i literally had to file them down more at home. the first picture is what i wanted, and the second pictures is what i got. they charged $65 read more

Don't bother making an appointment because I won't be honored and they will try to push you off onto someone other then the person you scheduled a appointment with. I received a text from Nancy stating mom was in and to come in at 6 I arrived and was told she wasn't in this day and I could be seen by someone else as if I didn't know I could schedule with someone else I wanted my appointment with exactly who I scheduled it with and just like she randomly text me asking me to come in this day she could have and should have text me to let me know mom was not in I'm assuming she just expected me to go to one of the other people who clearly don't do as good of a job they don't respect your time nor money and as long as we keep putting up with it they won't change I will never return here after having this experience multiple times. read more

Nancy is so rude. This place is unorganized, and has no time management. Why book an appointment if you truly know that you can't keep up with the clients you already have booked and the walk ins? They take walk Ins and make you wait. In order for Nancy to do your nails, you have to have an appointment with her so everyone else who walks in will get seen before you. I will never return and will always suggest other nail shops to friends/families before ever coming back to see Nancy. She doesn't even deserve a 1 start rating. Love this place. It is a hole in the wall, but I have no reap complaints. There's a parking lot, the staff is friendly and Tracy seems willing to accommodate pretty much whatever design I can come up with. Also, pretty affordable. if i could give 0 stars i would. i'm getting married in less than 2 days & so i decided to get my nails done. i scheduled with Nancy and she did a TERRIBLE job. between my nails & her customer service, i don't know what was worst. my nails were lumpy, uneven, air bubbles, missing paint on the sides, painted terribly with streaks, and they looked like they needed a fill as soon as she was done. she rushed my nails & to make it worst, she was too busy watching a youtube video on loud as she was doing my nails. i was so upset that i immediately took them off when i got home. I didn't get my nail techs name from when I went this Saturday but let me tell you- I appreciate her!!! She was 10 min from closing and waited just for me. I had a horrible experience at the salon on Wilson by the food for less plaza and I told her how rude they had been and that I had to leave that place. I felt bad keeping her later than her shift but girl hooked me up! I'm glad those people were rude to me because I was happier with the work done here! She was quick and did a great job! I have been going to Tracy Nails for several years and for the past 4 I travel one hour just to see Nancy at Tracy Nails... Always an awesome job, friendly service, and pleasant environment. At times the wait time is a little long, yet so worth it. I leave Tracy Nails feeling relaxed and happy. Pretty nails, and my feet feeling great. I was told they don't make appointments "to make it easier for you guys because people don't keep appointments anyway".
