Food service and ambiance were very good. Definitely worth trying. Lots of seating space inside and out.

I ordered the La Patrona margarita and it came out bubbling with fresh rosemary and dried orange slice, it was super special and unexpected! I was in the mood for seafood and we started with the ceviche with plantain chips, truely fresh and beautiful with a carved rose pattern avocado in the center! Then my husband and I split the chimichurri burrito, fantastic tasting, with steak and plump NOT overly cooked shrimp inside. The way this establishment is decorated, and the lively music that's NOT too loud, makes me feel like I'm at a hip and cool restaurant in downtown GVL without having to make the drive. Emilio is a warm and friendly owner who strives to make his customers happy I've observed and his life story is amazing! See you again soon! Brian & Carisa

I made an online reservation for Christmas Day and they personally called to let me know they were closed and offered to move us to Christmas Eve instead, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly service and seated quickly. The décor is vibrant and fun--great atmosphere. Our waiter was wonderful and very attentive. He came with chips and salsa--the salsa was flavorful with a nice kick. We added queso and it did not disappoint. I ordered the house margarita and absolutely loved it. It arrived bubbling and steaming, garnished with a sprig of rosemary and dried orange--such a fun presentation and genuinely delicious. I also appreciated the smaller, well-curated menu with clear recommendations. I ordered the chimichurri burrito, which was an experience in itself. It arrived looking like a traditional burrito, then our server poured four different sauces over it in the pattern of the Mexican flag--this alone made my day. The burrito was excellent and came with a fresh salad and very good guacamole. My husband ordered a modelo and the chori pollo and loved it. Overall, the experience was above and beyond. If we lived in the area, this would absolutely be a place we'd return to. There's also a great-looking outdoor area that would be perfect to check out in the summer.

They have arcade classics of the 80's and 90's including X-men, Tekken, Galaga, various pinball machines, Maximum Force, Street Fighter 2, Pool as well as air hockey and much more. Then they had a couple stations set up with consoles games, including Paperboy and a game of Mario Party going on a giant projector screen which is awesome. There is a bar in the center of Pinky's with a nice bartender ready to make cocktails. There is a significant problem with Pinky's and that is many of the games joysticks or controls are broken or just don't work. Tekken 3 I couldn't move backwards, Street Fighter 3's inputs weren't registering, The Jurassic Park shooter, my friend couldn't reload. Marvel vs. Capcom you can't tag and so on. There were just too many games that had some kind of problem, this is especially apparent when going head-to-head with someone. So, I was close to saying a 3-Star for Pinky's, but with all the games you can play it's still a pretty good time here. so 4-Stars. Hopefully the games with get repairs and replacements. Come on down and take a trip back to the arcade days.

The decor was very earthy tones and welcoming. I can't wait to go back and increase my Star rating. I did get a sample of a beer on tap and the sample was hot. Not good.

Craft cocktails and house beers served at a bustling wood-heavy bar, playful signage, local flair, and a relaxed but rowdy Southern vibe. The bartender bursting with Southern personality stands behind the rich, wood-worn bar, confident and radiant. Her sleeves are rolled up, a few loose strands of hair catching the daylight as she moves with effortless rhythm. A warm, knowing smile spreads across her face as she happily serves a jug of the house-made egg nog. Soon after, she prepares a crafty Old Fashioned--measuring the bourbon, stirring clear ice in a heavy rocks glass, perfectly embodying the brewery's quirky southern soul and big-hearted attitude. There's a lived-in comfort to the space: scuffed wood that tells stories, sunlight pooling across tables, and small-town pride in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and unpretentious, equal parts gathering place and second home. It's where locals come not just for the beer or cocktails, but for the familiarity--the nods, the shared jokes, the sense of belonging that keeps them hanging around long after the glass is empty. Cheers!
