So while I am waiting for my food and eventually eating my meal, I am bombarded with synthetic chemicals that I can smell and taste. It totally ruined my time inside the restaurant. These machines are the type you would normally find in a public restroom, and made the place feel as such. Horrible! I could barely taste the food properly because these fragrance dispensers were giving a fresh cloud of glade plugin like nastiness every 5 min!! Another issue with this restaurant is they do not give you a traditional bill or receipt. The waitress gave me a small black machine and stood next to me while I was checking everything. The tip calculator was over by $4 for a 20% tip. I do not trust places that operate this way.

We did so on a…read moreweekday night so that we could play a bunch of games exactly like we'd done in arcades decades ago. $12 for all you can play isn't a bad deal, we were here for a couple hours so about $6 bucks an hour of games all set on free play mode. They have arcade classics of the 80's and 90's including X-men, Tekken, Galaga, various pinball machines, Maximum Force, Street Fighter 2, Pool as well as air hockey and much more. Then they had a couple stations set up with consoles games, including Paperboy and a game of Mario Party going on a giant projector screen which is awesome. There is a bar in the center of Pinky's with a nice bartender ready to make cocktails. There is a significant problem with Pinky's and that is many of the games joysticks or controls are broken or just don't work. Tekken 3 I couldn't move backwards, Street Fighter 3's inputs weren't registering, The Jurassic Park shooter, my friend couldn't reload. Marvel vs. Capcom you can't tag and so on. There were just too many games that had some kind of problem, this is especially apparent when going head-to-head with someone. So, I was close to saying a 3-Star for Pinky's, but with all the games you can play it's still a pretty good time here. so 4-Stars. Hopefully the games with get repairs and replacements. Come on down and take a trip back to the arcade days.
