Floors were pre-finished bamboo installed by the previous owner - badly. They had nail holes, gaps, etc.. Thankfully, they were solid wood. The Elephant Floors team was able to sand them and fill the holes and gaps, and they looked awesome after refinishing! Craig and Gary did a fantastic job installing the SPC flooring. The product has a great look, seems easy to maintain, and the installation is even and has no rough spots. They removed and reinstalled my baseboards at the correct height and did a beautiful job caulking the edges (way better than I have ever been able to do). I'm very happy with the results and the rooms look great. This is a small business and they give their full attention to their workmanship.

The floor looks great, it was a very good price, and the carpet we had installed to replace our old carpet on the stairs and upstairs landing is high quality, and again was installed by Jack with great care.
