We called around 11am Oct. 13, and Victor and son were here in 1.5 hrs. Now that's impressive! Not only were they extremely nice and personable, they have the knowledge and equipment to do a fabulous job. We had 4 area rugs to be cleaned and they came out noticeably superior to last December's cleaning. Some cleaning soap was still in the carpet from last time that was removed, and the carpets popped with color & texture and look new again. Greenway has been around here for about 13 years, with a 3rd generation experienced owner. That makes all the difference. They use a homemade cleaning cocktail that not only cleans proficiently, but it's also Green and safe. Thanks Charlie/Victor/Greenway. The day before, I received a confirmation of who will be coming to the house and how long it would take.
