A bunch of spots left behind, no scrubbing done at all (until I practically had to beg while pointing out a number of heavy traffic spots that looked bad). He did the whole house (about 1,500 sq ft of accessible carpet) in 90 minutes by a single person for $200 which is the fastest we've ever had it done (hastily done). It stayed wet for 36 hours (supposed to day in 4 hours). I texted Brian, who is usually quite reliable, and got no response. Hopefully this is a one off for them and they haven't gone downhill altogether. If you wind up going with these guys, definitely ensure you don't get stuck with Luis!

We had 3 bedrooms, dining, & living room carpets cleaned. The technicians Chris & Tho were friendly, fast, and remarkably detailed. The cost was reasonable and Rick answered all my questions. It was easy to schedule an appointment to fit my schedule. After setting up the appointment, I received courtesy text reminders on the scheduled date and time. On the day of the appointment, I received a notification on how many minutes the technician was away from the house. Mark, the technician, showed up ahead of the scheduled time. Mark wore shoe coverings before walking in the house. I showed him the rooms to be cleaned and he quickly identified a number of old pet stains. Mark was up front explaining the cost to remove each stain if the initial cleaning didn't remove the stains. Mark was professional, thorough and did a great job in cleaning the carpets. The cleaning process is over an hour but it's worth it. I was impressed that Mark was able to remove the stains without any further cleaning. I had to wait an hour for the deodorizer to dry before moving the furniture. Overall, Oxi Fresh did a great job cleaning the carpets.
