Cleaning is supposed to include the cleaning of inside of cabinets and shower but both are very clearly untouched. I'm not really sure what I paid 219 dollars for? For you to come swifer my floor and wipe everything down? Was definitely expecting more out of this company. Next time I will save my 200 bucks to buy new swifer pads and dusting rags. read more

I cannot say enough about how great this company is! I started reaching out carpet repair companies a couple of months ago to get an idea on prices for repair. I have bunnies, they are destructive when you accidentally leave them unsupervised. I had multiple companies get back to me, but Calivada was the quickest response. They gave me a quote based on the photos sent. They also let me know they did carpet cleaning and house cleaning. I let them know I would reach back out as soon as I had a move in date, we were building our home and you don't know the exact date until about 2 weeks before. They kept in contact with me while we waited which I really appreciated. They were extremely professional and very friendly. Day of the job. I underestimated how many areas needed to be fixed, this was on me. The price was going to be a little more. They let me know right away and offered me options to fix it. The whole job of carpet repair, carpet cleaning, and house cleaning took 2 days, which was fine, it was a lot of work. The communication was great! I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. They did a great job! Myself and the landlord both said that the house looked better than when I moved in a year ago. I can't thank them enough. I 100% recommend this company and will let friends and family know as well! I have before and after pics... the before were taken during the day and the after at night, so the carpet color looks different, I assure you it is the same spots :) I also forgot to take a before photo of the absolute worst spot, but you would never know it was even there! read more

We needed someone to clean our house after moving out. Calivada did a great job & the house was clean and smelled great after!

The cleaning itself was great, the ladies did a fantastic job! But when they were done, and I tried to pay, they said they didn't feel comfortable accepting cash (which is totally understandable). However, the man I spoke with to set us the appointment told me I could pay cash, so I was irritated that, not only did I go to the bank and get cash, but he didn't communicate with his staff. This appointment was just for my initial deep cleaning, which was a reasonable price. But, when I asked for an estimate for a biweekly lighter cleaning, it was almost the same price as the deep cleaning. I politely pointed that out to him and he did not respond, ever. I think management is unprofessional, which is a shame because the maids did do a great job, but I won't be working with them again. read more

Overpriced for what they provided. Several cabinets clearly were not wiped down and there was sticky stuff on the top of the drawers in the kitchen. Secondary upstairs bathroom cabinet was not touched at all. 260.00 for a little over 2 hours of cleaning and they did not even have to wipe down any baseboards since they were just painted. read more
