I had one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at Trader Joe's. On Thursday night, I went there specifically to shop. I did everything right--I parked, went straight into the store, completed my shopping, and even had my parking ticket validated. After that, I walked over to Graziano's Italian Store on the other side of the same building. When I came back, my car was gone. Towed. No warning. No grace period. No consideration that I had literally just shopped at Trader Joe's and followed their process. It's honestly shocking that a company like Trader Joe's allows a towing operation this aggressive on their property. As a paying customer who validated parking, being towed within that short window feels completely unreasonable and predatory. This experience completely ruined my night and cost me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress. I won't be shopping at Trader Joe's again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before parking there unless they want to risk the same situation. read more

Trader Joe's has a cult following, and with good reason. I was very happy when this location opened because it's so close to my neighborhood. The building has parking in a covered garage, or you can take the train to get here or just walk if it's close enough to you. There are some spaces designated for EVs with chargers so you can plug-in while you shop. They also have clean bathrooms. I especially love coming here for the cut flowers and fresh produce. Depending on the time of year, they have a variety of seasonal items. Trader Joe's is know for their impeccable customer service...just call the store if you ever have any questions or want to know if they have an item in stock. They might even hold it for you to pick-up later. read more

I always enjoy going to Trader Joe's locations, but all of them are an hour away, including heavy traffic, and the parking situation is always a hassle. One location was so bad that they had a traffic cop directing traffic in their parking lot. Talk about road rage! This location is now our very favorite one but it also is a long drive for me. I will combine other errands with it. This store is larger, better organized, has spacious aisles, more products, and very friendly employees! The food selection is fantastic! I found everything that I wanted and more. There were old favorites and new ones. It was a fun experience. We will be back before too long for more breakfast goodies. read more

I'm beyond upset about what happened at Trader Joe's on Thursday night. I parked there because I was shopping at Trader Joe's, went into the store first, bought my groceries, and even had my parking ticket validated. After that, I stopped by Graziano's on the other side of the building. When I came back out, my car had been towed. That is completely outrageous. I was a legitimate Trader Joe's customer, made a purchase, and followed the parking validation process. The fact that their towing company would still tow my car under those circumstances feels unbelievably aggressive and unfair. What should have been a normal shopping trip turned into a stressful, expensive nightmare. Between the towing fees, the inconvenience, and the total lack of common sense, this experience left a terrible impression on me. Trader Joe's should seriously rethink the kind of towing company they allow to operate on their property, because this feels far more predatory than customer friendly. After this experience, I have no interest in shopping there again. read more

From the smiling, down to earth, and helpful staff members, to the huge flower selection they offer this spot is definitely a hit and will satisfy all your grocery needs. Now we all know the TJ is the perfect spot for season finds, yummy snacks, and their wonderful selection of vinos but my favorite part of it all is the welcoming experience. Especially in this Trader Joe's. Everyone is so helpful and goes the extra mile trying to help me check off my grocery list one snack at a time. I asked one of the ladies ringing the items if they tried the gluten free Madeline's and they gave me a full review -- they were right by the way, DELISH! It's easy to see why this TJ is preferred over the one further south down on US1. The store itself is bigger, with plenty of garage parking above. I guess it's new enough that when I went, even the parking spots closest to the entrance are empty. Not to mention it's covered parking so you won't be baking inside your car after shopping. Shopping at TJ is, of course, always fun. The walls are painted with colorful murals, along with sayings and poetry. TJ keeps a pulse on food trends and embraces world cuisine, so there are constantly new and exotic things to try. If there's something you like, stock up though, they may not be around the next time you shop! Moreover, the packages are colorful and perfectly sized for small households. Not sure if I missed it, but I can't find the sample station. Also, unlike the other store, they don't have candies and snack display right before check out to waylay me... Maybe it's for my own good, but I was like, huh, where are the chocolates? Somehow they always look more enticing near the register than back on the shelves... I come at least 2x a week. Check out the Apple blossoms. They're my favorite dessert! When I first moved to this area, I had to go to the TJ's on Miami Beach. It was fine, but sometimes driving over to the beach is a hassle. Then this one opened, and Midtown as well. I know the slogan "Where Shopping is a Pleasure" belongs to some other store but that essence is really how I feel every time I shop at Trader Joe's. This is my local TJs and it's been a blessing ever since it opened it's doors. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. Fruits and veggies are always fresh. The cheese section alone I could spend hours in. But I mostly love trying all their new and seasonal items which you can find in their monthly newsletter available in the store. By the way, did you know you could ask any employee to try something and they'll open it up and let you sample it on the spot? I know. Its amazing. Parking is free with validation. And this Coral Gables location has an ample Flower and Garden section which my wife particularly loves. My kid loves trying to find Peanut the TJs mascot in the store to win a free prize. And I love always coming out with something new to try and hopefully not get addicted too. Although I do like to diversify my shopping for groceries because I am always hunting for a good value. But shopping at TJs is the place that always brings me the most joy. read more

Although I find Trader Joe's food and prices excellent I am disappointed with their Chicken Tiki Masala. I've been buying it for years and now the portions are super small, it use to be in a black container and now its beige. The sauce is watery and has hardly any rice or chicken, but still the same price.....very disappointing ! read more

Five stars to the latest savior of my "what's for dinner?" dilemma that is just two minutes away from my house. Welcome to the Gables Trader Joe's! We love you! This spot has a parking garage with lots more spots than it's sister store in Kendall. If you take your ticket with you, they'll validate it for free parking. Now on to the good stuff. This TJ's has all the things you know and love: cheap flowers, so many fun cooking hacks and of course WINE! Since this is so close to me I find myself doing weekly groceries here. Some things I can't live without: balsamic cooked chicken (great for weekday salads), carne asada or chicken Schwarma, frozen jasmine rice, frozen mac, coconut and almond milk creamer....the list really goes on LOL. They also have a really robust wine selection and employees are always helpful in suggesting your new fave wine. I love Trader Joes! My first time at this location was yesterday and I loved it! There is a big parking garage for the parking and it is validated when you go to pay for your items. I went around 11 am and it was a great time because the store was not full. As in all TJs that I've been to, the staff was very lovely! This is my local Trader Joe's and may I say that I am so blessed to have TJ's 7 minutes from my home near Miracle Mile. The parking situation is good, there is plenty of parking in the garage and parking validation lasts for 2 hours so you never have to pay to park. There are plenty of electric vehicle charges as well which are free (so awesome!). The store is slightly smaller than Pinecrest location but they almost always have all the goods you need. It is easy to find things once you have been here a few times ie they are not constantly moving products around. I always love their very extensive wine and cheese selection - I won't buy from anywhere else because the price is so good! Of course most everything else here is reasonably priced as well. There are definitely certain times and days of the week where there are an overwhelming amount of people in the store that it gets difficult to move around (since this is by no means a LARGE super market), however if you come at the right time it can be less crowded. In TJ's fashion. everything is always clean, staff are generally friendly and willing to help, and there are some really cool seasonal items. read more

The people who work there are well trained in customer service. They are polite and very helpful. Six stars! Most of the products are excellent. My favs are the hand cream, the salmon, the oat milk and their pizzas. What I do not like is their produce (except the bananas). They are all short-dated , so eat it quickly. As a single person, for me it is not always possible. But the fresh cherries at $7 per package are downright awful. They have a bitter flavor and no cherry flavor at all. Strawberries have little flavor as well. Trader Joe, please look for other purveyors of fresh fruit! read more

In my world, Trader Joe's is the best grocery store that exists. When I found out they opened a Gables location-I fluttered inside at the thought of never having to deal with shady parking in their Dadeland location. While it is a bit of a smaller store offering a smaller quantity of inventory, they truly encompass the range we know them for and deliver hands down in every way. The garage parking is validated for two hours as long as you scan your ticket by the register during checkout. I'm used to it being a little busier than desired but that's the price I pay to shop here for the best items priced competitively and sourced ethically which really resonates in every bite. I always prepare the best meals that showcase my creativity from items sourced here making my meals extraordinarily interesting. The staff is known to be the friendliest crew under the Sun so anything you need is readily assisted by them making everything even more worthwhile. I love this place with all my heart. I am so exited to review this new Trader Joe's location in Coral Gables near Village of Merrick Park Mall. The store is absolutely stunning! The employees are amazing, helpful, know their stock inventory and are knowledgable of their products. The staff is so friendly and literally go out of their way to help customers find what they need. From now on, this is my preferred and favorite location to go shopping plus the parking garage is FREE because Trader Joe's validates parking for their customers. Also on a side note, this location is really dog friendly. I brought my fur-baby in her dog stroller and employees and customers went crazy over her. Took a while to figure out exactly where to park in the garage to be closest to the elevator entrance but once you know where it is, it's really simple. Love my local TJ's!! I attend lifetime gym and I love that everything is in the same spot, so I can get my groceries after I work out. The food is such great quality! I opt to get my produce from Fresh Market, but that's just preference. TJ's snacks for the win though! Never too crowded. I'm from New York, where the line wraps around the store twice, never the case here. I love the team here! The manufacturer put my pride and joy strawberry yogurt O's on hold a couple months ago, and the TJ's team never gets annoyed when I walk in every day asking for updates on it.
