Supermarkets are known for the variety of products and goods demand by customers, and Trader Joe's got it all for you. This market does not only sells high demand products but also provides a fine establishment. Where shoppers have the freedom and choose different brands of products they need. Fresh vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry, and dairy products are delivered every day to ensure that their customer gets the best price for purchases, they order. Bread and pastries are baked every hour for thousand of customers buying inside the store. Entering Trader Joe's and going out without any items in your hand is not an option. The presentation of different gourmet displayed in their store will surely force a person to buy instantly. They also cater online orders for any customers around Chicago and deliver right to your doorstep. This location of Trader Joe's won't disappointed you! Good location, beautiful floral section and fresh produce as always. This one has a large selection of their beauty products also, including their serums, moisturizers, oils and scrubs. Moreover, many of positive reviews in this store add more credibility to their goods and services. Plenty of regular customers are entering every day to buy products and leaves with big smiles on their faces.

I had to write another review for this location because of how incredible of a job this team is doing during COVID-19. From their sanitary practices to their creative social distancing reminders, this location makes it a lot less stressful to shop during this time. They had their team members monitoring how many guests are coming in and outside of the store. You really can't enter until someone exits. They had a few people assigned to sanitizing carts outside after use and directed people to which were the clean ones. They have quirky signs to read outside in the line and even an associate that walked out by our line to see how everyone was and if anyone needed water- how amazing is that!?! That type of thoughtfulness is never expected but greatly appreciated. Wow! They continued their social distancing reminders inside on the floor with stickers and signage. The store was surprisingly well stocked too! During checkout, they have dividers to separate you from the associate and again, reminders of where to stand on the floor. All around, such a wonderful experience and another reason why I love this company! Great work you all!

I've been coming here for a year since I moved to forest park in 2022; staff here are so friendly and lovely. I went this morning and I was getting a sour beer at checkout so they checked my ID and saw it was my birthday in a week and gave me free sunflowers and maple coffee I was looking for And I was like "sunflowers are my favorite flower how did you know" This act of kindness really made my week. Plus half of the employees are queer folks! :)

When I first got food from Pete's Market in Oak Park, I was quite impressed. The food was delicious. I liked the set up. I saw they had a lot of variety and appealing options for food. The grocery store is clean and well-organized. The staff have been attentive. I definitely got a family vibe from the store. They even have a dining area. When I ate the baklava there for the first time, it brought light to my eyes and joy to my mouth. I have enjoyed their fruit produce a lot as well. My favorite food from the store has been their fruit produce and their hot food section, but they have a lot of other awesome food as well. I have not been eating a lot of sweets, but their baked goods look delicious. Their veggies also look fantastic. I have gotten celery there that I liked a lot. Pete's Market in Oak Park even has foods I have had trouble finding in other stores, e.g., cans of soy milk. The lamb they have in their hot food section is out of this world. I have not even seen lamb in other grocery stores as part of hot foods/prepared foods. Overall, Pete's Market is one of my favorite grocery stores. I have found myself craving their food multiple times. When I am not there, I have thought about and looked forward to when I could go there again, like a special treat. I would definitely recommend the food here to almost anyone.

Admittedly they did not read my original receipt. And the self-checkout setup is an embarrassment. When something goes wrong, they scream across the entire front of the store to locate the customer. Loud, chaotic, and humiliating for everyone involved. This is not an employee problem. 1 Star - Very Disappointing Customer Service…read more I have never experienced customer service like this at a grocery store. I understand that customers can sometimes be wrong, and I also understand that every store may have different policies. In this case, I was not aware that Caputo's does not bag customers' groceries, and I would have been completely fine with being politely informed of that policy. What I did have a problem with was the way the cashier spoke to me. Regardless of whether a customer is right or wrong, a cashier should never argue with or talk back to a customer in a disrespectful manner. There is a professional way to explain a store policy without becoming argumentative. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I had the manager standing right there. I explained to the manager that I felt the cashier should not be arguing with or talking back to a customer. Unfortunately, the manager ( short lady with curly hair) did nothing to address the employee's behavior or even speak to the cashier about the situation. To me, that sends the wrong message. When management witnesses an employee treating a customer this way and does nothing, it makes the employee feel that this type of behavior is acceptable. That is bad management and poor customer service. I am not upset about having to bag my own groceries. I am upset about how I was treated and how management chose to handle the situation. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even when there is a disagreement. I hope the management at this location takes this seriously and understands that allowing employees to argue with customers without addressing the behavior is not good for the store or its customers.
