Mahlia was working the front registers but was also the only one who offered to help us. When she had to cover the front register, she asked for help from her coworkers and no one responded to her. So we were stuck waiting. She asked someone to get what we needed from the back room and again she had to go get it because no one helped her. This was probably my third or fourth purchase but this time, my refund took me horribly longer. The person I spoke with informed me that there was no indication that my refund was to be credited to my credit card. However, I placed my order, I specifically stated to credit my trade-in funds to my purchase. Buyers/fellow golfers beware! Their processes and communication became horrible and sub par through the years. They do not respond to emails so attempt to even reach them electronically Now, since my funds would be converted to check, it will take another two to three WEEKS to receive my check.
