This…read moreunique shop located in Pearlridge Center Wai Makai side and is not your typical shop as it seems to be more for the collectors as in the back there's a wall filled with Funko Pop and Pokémon cards in display case among finding some unique characters like One Piece and Skzoo to name a few though the load of Sanrio and Pokémon are found here as well. This spacious shop is very clean and organized which makes it very easy to browse and see what they have to offer, and seems like they also buy, sell and trade items as well which is pretty cool though not sure how it's done but for the true collector this is a great deal and a valuable convenient place to do so, it's not quite my vibe but is a cute shop which many seem to enjoy. It broke after only three or four days due to poor assembly. When she politely returned to ask about a replacement, the owner, Lucas, spoke to her with extreme verbal abuse, profanity, and personal insults until she left in tears. When I addressed the situation calmly, he stated that he did not care that he had made a child cry and continued speaking aggressively. This is not about a refund policy. A business can choose its policy. This is about basic conduct toward a minor and a customer. We have supported this store many times, but after this experience, we will not return. Families in Mililani should know how customers, including little children, may be treated here. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable bringing my child back into this store.

The place is small but packed with lots of interesting merch. I have zero knowledge about comics, games, anime, toys, cards, etc. but my kids' eyes lit up when they entered and my youngest couldn't leave without buying an anime plush. I contacted this place to trade in or sell some mid era Pokémon cards. I was told they were…read moreinterested and paid 70% trade or cash. I had over 2100 cards and scanned each one on TCG and got a total market value over over $600. When I went in Friday night to bring the cards the manager Stephen was not there but I was helped by a friendly gentleman that took down my information. I was texted Sunday evening by Stephen and offered $153 for everything! I was floored because that was no where near 70% of what the TCG market value was. I declined and he inquired on what price I was looking to get. I said I'd like at least $450 based on the market and being told 70%. He proceeded to say that there were "nearly 1500 cards...and average 30cents/card. No other store is going to offer more than $50 on it." I told him that there were 2182 cards and that we scanned each one. He then proceeded to offer $145 for the cards that "weren't bulk". I told him I'd be by around 5:30 and we could chat. When I arrived I told the young lady I was there to see Stephen. Another gentleman stood up and handed my box of cards. I said Stephen told me that there were some he was interested in. Stephen then came out the back and said these are the ones I want for $145 and if they get mixed in with the others never mind. I said you don't want to negotiate. He said I made my offer and turned and left. I was shocked at the rudeness and unprofessional attitude. I took my box and sat down with my family and counted all the cards to make sure they were all there because after that interaction I had no trust at all. All the cards were accounted for and we got up and left. I would never go back to this establishment based on this experience and advise not to use this business for trade in / sale. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 is because his staff were very friendly and kind.

Their website looks like it was designed back in the AOL days. Itʻs a bit intimidating and chaotic inside. But I tell you what...it feels very welcoming in here. They take the time to explain things to you. They help you find things you need. They walk you through details without making you feel stupid. Itʻs everything you would hope for in a local hobby store and Iʻm thankful.
