My most major concern was the very small standard closet that you would find in hotel rooms. it would be my primary closet for my clothing along with other items. I was moving from a walk-in closet that I had had for 20 years.and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to use this closet effectively. There were also very old lighting fixtures that needed to be taken down and new ones hung. At the end of the project that was done in a timely fashion he was able to give me a closet that was able to fit all of my clothing minus some extra large coats. He also hung really beautiful closet doors with frosted glass that added a very sophisticated touch to it. i'm still not exactly sure how I got all of it in there but I'm sure it had to do with some genius organizers that he built into the closet along with extra pole space. Amazing! The lighting fixtures were also done perfectly and overall, I am very pleased with his work. The one thing that you can count on when you buy a old vintage place like this is that all of the work that needs to be done will probably run into difficulties because of the outdated nature of many things as well as increased cost in time. he handled these roadblock quite effectively and professionally without breaking my bank for sure. i will absolutely use eric again.

Some details we would like to share: - They traveled 115 miles to perform this work - Without thinking of this detail, they painted our black metal gate, all black faded hardware on the house, mailbox and all down spouts - They carefully cover all ground surfaces with plastic, so no paint is left to seep into the ground or ruin garden's aesthetics - They typically remove sconces and will install new sconces provided by homeowner. An equivalent installation is no additional cost - Clean-up is completed at the end of each day and the last day is reserved for any "Go Backs" and clean-up. - Up-front payment is within the California Down Payment Law. (Very fair) Two photos are attached with our prior project photos. The California Bungalow is the recent project. We highly recommend Kromas Painting a Coachella Valley based licensed contractor.
