I'm always impressed with a quick turnaround time, and Rob came through multiple times on that front. My first call was answered quickly, and we had a conversation about what I needed and how he could help. After getting the estimate (which compared favorably to those bigger companies), and talking to Rob I felt confident about moving forward. It's worth noting that I called in the afternoon, and was able to set an appointment for the following day. When that Cloverleaf vehicle pulled up to my house for my appointment, Rob greeted me and made an inspection of the area. Rob verified for me that I was dealing with yellow jackets, and walked through their process to resolve the issue. Very quickly Rob was suited up, and making my problem disappear. It's been a day since my appointment, and I'm seeing zero yellow jackets! The process was simple and smooth from start to finish, and if the need arises again in the future I won't hesitate to call on Cloverleaf Pest Control again.

I had an…read moreunfortunate situation where a furnace drain hose was bumped out of place by one of this company's independent contractors causing a leak in my ceiling weeks before my house was to close to a new owner. My claim was declined. The insurance company required unrealistic things like a photo of the space prior to incident showing the hose in place. Who takes pictures of their furnace? This resulted in a costly last-minute repair to my ceiling. Essentially this means that you are at the mercy of a potential crappy insurance policy carried by the contractor and that the owner takes no personal responsibility for potential damage.

I explained the situation and how we have some allergies, and they took the time to listen and go over all the details. They then recommended Steve who is the go-to guy when it comes to allergies as well as other things related. We set up an appointment with Steve, and Steve arrived early. He set up his equipment and was very mindful about making a mess as well as getting things dirty and wet. He took his time to explain as well as show me what was going on and answer all my questions. Because of allergies Steve took his time and made sure each vent was cleaned as best as possible. The things I saw in the ductwork were scary, which had built up over the years of this property. After he was done, we swapped the air filter and within 20 minutes of running, I could smell the difference in the air. The air felt lighter and did not have a heavy feel. Also, my air purifiers were not reading off the charts anymore. Steve did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him as well as Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. I ended up getting their Ultimate cleaning or whatever the highest one was, and compared to other places, it was cheap. The price you pay for what you get is a bargain. I had a great experience with this company…read more My dryer was giving me an error code and I couldn't figure out why. Dryer vent wizard sent a technician to my house. Turns out our builder didn't properly install the duct work in the attic - it was detached so all the hot air and lint was being blown into my attic instead of the exhaust duct on my home's exterior. Had this problem not been uncovered by Dryer Vent Wizard, a fire could have started in my attic and burned my house down. The technician was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and even took photos of the improperly installed duct work at my request so I could file a warranty claim with my builder. He needed to cut a hole in my ceiling to get in the attic. It was done cleanly and professionally. He repaired the duct work and to this day 2 years later I have not had an issue. In the end what I was billed felt very fair if not a bargain for the work that was done and the amount of time that the technician was on site.
