They told me the walls had been deteriorating for years and that any inspector should have caught this - one went on to say that the house should have never been sold to me in this condition, at the very least I should have known about the bathroom water damage - all 3 said that they cannot believe my inspector didn't catch it . I contacted inspecta-homes about this and they refuse to work with me to reimburse the work that had to be done in the bathroom even though they are the ones who missed it - I'm not asking for anything ridiculous, just my expenses to be covered !
