Been buying here since 2009, went in for a couple things about 7:00 pm. There was 1 counterman working, I stood in line and watched this girl behind the counter at a different terminal socializing. I stood there watching thinking she might be stocking shelves or something, maybe she was the owners daughter or something. After at least 10 minutes her friend leaves, she looks at me and says "do you need anything" ? I had a couple items in my hand, i was flabbergasted. Never seen this display of disconnect with customers all the years ive been going there. She cashed me out with no urgency whatsoever and as I left I saw the Help Wanted sign in the window. i went and had them fabricate a 3/4 " air hose 4 feet long with ends and charged me 145.00 dollars with out checking with me they handed me the hose and then the bill . This is a hose that should have cost some wre between 30 and 50 dollars with the ends. dont let let them take advantage of you like they did me!!! read more

I went there to get snow chains and was given the wrong size although I gave them the exact tire dimensions. Also, no one (neither the employees nor the customers) wore a mask during the high time of Covid in Utah. It is apparently not in Napa's interest to protect its customers (probably Napa's political statement). I recommend Autozone in Cedar City which actually has a proper Covid policy in place (and they actually were knowledgable). read more

Bryson and Marcus were great! I lost a gas cap for an RV in the middle of the desert - (dont ask)...and so I did a makeshift gas cap until I got near civilization. I called this store before I got there to inquire if they had gas caps. It wasnt on the main floor and I asked Marcus if he had it in the back...and he found it and let me check if it fit the RV (which if did) and he left me do it without being worried I would leave without paying. First time traveling to visit Brian Head, UT when we realized our Honda Touring tires were too big for our current tire chain. Bummer!!! ....so, I desperately call auto part stores and to my luck Tink's has the right size chain! Fellow on the phone even gave me directions to where good ole GPS won't give me the run around (we've all experienced that, right?) and reserved the tire chains for us. read more

Auto Parts store on the customer's side? You say 'that doesn't happen'!!! Well it is happening here!! Tinks is the best! I had tried to get back to them about a problem I had with stuff that I bought. But since we live in California that was difficult to find them open as we would go by when they were closed. At last, I caught them at closing time and they helped us out even though they wanted to get home. Brian really took the extra step to make things right. Thank you Brian for being the best. I came in off of an employee recommendation to get a battery for my car. I trust the employee who referred me (it was his day off) and he even called ahead to let them I'd be there and to hook me up with a discount. The kid at the front acted like he had no clue what I was talking about when I brought up who sent me in and why. So I paid full price which isn't a big deal, I trust NAPA products. However when I asked if he'd come out and help me put it in, because that's what the guys at NAPA have always done in the past for me, he acted like he was too busy... When I was the only customer in the store on Saturday in the late afternoon. But he gave me the tools to go do it myself, the tools that were missing most of the sockets, and that basically forced me to have to drive home and do I there and then drove back and turn in my core. Very lazy and very disappointing service from a NAPA auto parts. read more

We had a check gauge light come on in our 1999 Jeep Cherokee. We were on our way home to CA. We took out the alternator In the parking lot to test it. Ben was very helpful. He came out to help, made sure he had the part in stock and he brought the belt diagram to be sure we had I on correctly. We would highly recommend this business. read more

Checked the details of the offer and it should have honored the 10% discount. Local store gave me the best price they could which I believe. I would have ordered parts regardless, but I thought I would post to show corporate lying at its best. read more

really super nice guys - my windshield wiper blades gave out so I swung in here because I couldn't see, then I couldn't get the old ones off so the nice guy at the counter came outside to help me take the old ones off and put the new ones on - I know it doesn't sound like much but that sort of helpfulness will get me to go back there again and again read more
