"NEVER" showed back up for two weeks or contacted us at all to finish repairs to which I sent him a text ( which he never responded to either) expressing my issues with him and his lack of communication and not keeping his end of the deal and missed the dead line to finish before our first camping trip of this year 2024 .Saw him at Lowe's and his explanation was " I've been busy" umm hello (Jay the owner) said we caught him just at right time before he got busy. He did apologize BUT never one time said let me get this wrong straight and get your camper fixed. Not a way to run a business and would not recommend due to not doing what we agreed to and finishing what he said he would do.

We are on our 3rd camper - a Brinkley, purchased from General RV at the show in PA back in 2024. We bought a 2025 Z2900. Prior to our current camper, we had a Jayco travel trailer and then a Jayco 5th wheel, both purchased from Camping World (2 different dealerships since they are franchises). The BS we dealt with for years with these campers and dealers would make this the longest Yelp post ever. So let me skip to the good. Everyone at General RV has been amazing! Their sales people are amazing. They bend over backwards to make it work. But even better? Their service department is second to none! We are on year two with our camper and the service department has always gone out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. Lori is a TOTAL rockstar! Unlike Camping World, there is no BS and lies. The General RV service department gets it DONE. So responsive! So communicative! We will never buy another Brinkley (because that is all we will ever buy again) from anywhere else!

Took my travel trailer in to repair LP quick connect I damaged. Dropped off April 7th with needed…read moredate of May 28th (trip). Work was not completed and they would not even cap the open LP line. Picked it up and was able to fix it myself. Two months and they could not complete a job that took me 3 hours once I understood what needed to happen. I would not recommend McGeorges for service on anything other than the campers they sell. Spoke to service manager who was very short with me even saying "you didn't even buy this from us..."
