Prior to our current camper, we had a Jayco travel trailer and then a Jayco 5th wheel, both purchased from Camping World (2 different dealerships since they are franchises). The BS we dealt with for years with these campers and dealers would make this the longest Yelp post ever. So let me skip to the good. Everyone at General RV has been amazing! Their sales people are amazing. They bend over backwards to make it work. But even better? Their service department is second to none! We are on year two with our camper and the service department has always gone out of their way to make sure we are taken care of. Lori is a TOTAL rockstar! Unlike Camping World, there is no BS and lies. The General RV service department gets it DONE. So responsive! So communicative! We will never buy another Brinkley (because that is all we will ever buy again) from anywhere else!

Work was not completed and they would not even cap the open LP line. Picked it up and was able to fix it myself. Two months and they could not complete a job that took me 3 hours once I understood what needed to happen. I would not recommend McGeorges for service on anything other than the campers they sell. Spoke to service manager who was very short with me even saying "you didn't even buy this from us..."

We were surprised how nice the cabin was. The Park is easy to get to and the park is very nice. It is right off of the highway. The folks who run this place is very nice. We were not provided with a receipt by email or paper, so I was a little disappointed by that. I always receive a receipt in some form when staying at a campground. Other than that, the grounds appeared to be well kept. The sites weren't too close together. Unfortunately I did have a hard time sleeping. In the middle of the night, people were grouped up and speaking very loudly directly behind our camper. I never had that happen before. Their conversation was very loud and kept waking me up. We left really early in the morning the next day so we weren't able to explore much more than that. It was a nice stop though.

Marc was outstanding to work with throughout the entire process--he kept me in the loop with regular updates about showings and potential buyers, and he was always easy to reach if I had questions. I had SO much trouble trying to sell the boat myself. When I listed it on Boat Trader, all I got was spammers and fake interest. It wasted my time and money! I tried to print flyers and post them at marinas in my area in Virginia, but didn't get any interest, and this also wasted my time and money.
