I asked him to tell me the benefits and the quality of why that trailer was worth that price and he simply replied "because they are we sell them all the time. I asked about financing not that I needed it, but he came across as if my money was no good. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I will be paying cash money. Called yesterday asking if they had a Look 7.5 SE in stock and they stated they could order one and suggested I come in. Went in the next day and immediately told me I was wrong and Look did not make one even though it is on the Look website. Suggested I would have to get it back East because they buy from Arizona and they will not even make it. The entire time, he never looked at me and was more interested in other work on his desk. Funny his partner looked perplexed. As if not to say his partner was wrong and just said nothing. I would say the customer service was one of the worst I have experienced. I do not understand any of the negative review's. My husband and I were looking for trailers and we were at trailers plus for 3 hours trying to deal with their finance company who would not except our check stub because they wanted one from the past 30 days and the one we had was 34 days old. So we got on our phone and started to look elsewhere. We found Thompson Trailers and stopped in right before closing, we already had the trailer we wanted in mind so the gentleman took is right over. My husband who is a mechanic was extremely impressed with how much nice and well made the trailer was compared to the one at Trailers Plus. So, we went into the office and were out of there in 15 minutes. The guys in the office were very pleasant and good conversation even though it was Friday and near closing time! I'm not sure about the negative reviews people have left about Thompson Motor Sales, but the experience my boyfriend and I had with them was outstanding! All of our correspondence was done with Rick. He was very professional, friendly, and quick to respond to emails. When we finally decided the type of trailer we wanted (H&H aluminum tiltbed car trailer), we ensured it was in stock. We called Rick and asked what the price would be OTD, so he gave us a quote that we couldn't pass up. It took us 4 hrs to get down there from where we live, and it was totally worth it. The whole transaction was smooth from the time we got there to the time we left. Even though we've hooked up trailers before, he walked us through the process and explained everything very well. He made sure it was hooked up correctly, checking all connections and making sure the lights worked. Probably one of the best buying experiences I've ever had with a dealer.
