They aren't a place that is going to try to sell you on something you don't need, and are honest and up front with you about the cost of the repair. A couple months ago I was having problems with my battery. They told me to stop buy and took a look at it for free (ended up being a small issue that I was able to fix myself). I also have been able to leave my car overnight for an oil change without any issues. My only gripe would be the waiting area could use an upgrade, but other than that I could not recommend Guy's enough.

Of course it has the antiquated pumps that cant spit out your receipt so you have to walk in to see the "attendant". I asked for a receipt and it was thrown on the counter in front of me with no words exchanged. I picked it up and asked if I needed a key to the rest room, the attendant apparently not believing in speaking or speaking English glanced at a key next to him by the register and nodded at it, signaling for me to take it and go.
