If all dentists were this good, nobody would hesitate to go to the dentist. Dr. Tran is very kind and she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The office is full of chatter and laughs from patients of all ages (her clients are usually adults and her husband Adam's clients are all kids) and all of the employees at the office are amazing. I had a cap fall off and I thought that it was the one that Dr. Tran had recently replaced for me. However it wasn't. It was a mistake by another dentist from last year, but Dr. Tran fixed it since they were not too busy and I was already in the chair. Who does that? Not many dentists. Dr. Tran Hoang is the best dentist I have ever been to, in my 71 years. She is so skilled, knowledgeable, swift, and just the most precise dental practitioner I have ever experienced. Plus, she really cares, and tries to make sure that she is doing exactly what is needed. I need quite a lot of care, deep cleanings, and scraping, due to gum disease, and the fact that I build up tartar so much. She has been so wonderful with me, and also did cosmetic dentistry, on a front tooth that was chipped, and it cost me really nothing! She is wonderful with me, and I know she is great with all ages of adults, but she would be good with just anyone. Plus, she is just great person, and always happy, and welcoming. It makes such a difference to feel welcomed. One important thing to mention is I have had the experience of having dentists try to push unnecessary care, and products on me, in the past, and Dr. Tran just does not believe in this. If you are looking for someone to work on your teeth, your mouth, your gums, with great compassion and care, someone you can trust, this is the dentist. I never want to go to any other dentist, ever. Dr. Tran saw me on an emergency situation, as I am in the process of having my crown replaced. The military did a root canal and did not seal the crown properly, so I developed decay and now am having the crown replaced. My current dentist did not get all of the decay before they placed a temporary crown on my tooth and for a week I was tasting a bad bad bad flavor in my mouth. Dr. Tran removed my temporary crown and inspected my tooth for decay and to ensure it was not rotting. Thankfully, my tooth is fine, she was able to clean the decay and notice a void that my current dentist missed. She was quick, efficient, and communicated with me the entire appointment. Dr. Hoang has been my dentist for years now and she will be forever! I have all of the normal dental fears and she baby's me and treats me with such kindness and professionalism! She talks me through everything she does and is so gentle! Also her assistant is a doll! They are so sweet and friendly and only ask yes and no questions when your mouth is open. Hahah.
