I had a couples massage at Tranquility Den with my boyfriend. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and quite dark which is nice depending on if you like more of a sensory deprivation feeling. The owner of the business said that she is an interior designer which definitely is reflected in the decorations and layout of the den. The staff is very professional and the massage itself was great. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the prices are great especially with the new client discount. I would definitely recommended and go back to Tranquility Den in the future. read more

I just had the most wonderful experience at Tranquility Den today. I booked a private room for me and 6 of my friends. The owner, Ellen, was so accommodating from the moment I booked the room. I brought some drinks and desserts and Ellen made sure there was a table set up. The masseuse offered us water or tea as well. Our massages were wonderful and so relaxing! Who knew that I would have the opportunity to relax in a beautiful spa with a prenatal massage during a pandamic and even feel safe about it! Well it happened, at Tranquility den for me. Before I came I filled out an incredibly thorough survey making me feel like this place really doesn't skip any steps. When I came, they let me know it was safe to enter, everyone was in masks of course. They took my temperature asked me to wash my hands and I followed the massage therapist to my private, clean, ventilated and tranquil room. I had the most incredible massage where my worries and fears of the last few months actually disappeared for an hour. Beautiful spa with a very unique relaxing vibe. As promised, this spa offers you tranquility and relaxation...and that's exactly what I felt. Having had a rough work week prior, I was desperate for some R&R. My massage therapist was very professional upon greeting me. This massage was unlike others I've had in the past, where I would normally have been completely undressed and laying down...here i stayed in my clothing and sat upright during the first portion of my massage. Had THE BEST experience last night at Tranquility Den! Decor is amazing, the vibe is just right, and the ambiance feels soothing and high end. I got the Den massage which is a 1 hour treatment, focusing 15min on back, neck and shoulders and 45 min on the legs and feet while relaxing in the most comfortable, lush leather massage chair which I never wanted to get up from (oh and they even load me yoga pants bc mine were too tight to roll up). Sim my massage therapist was great and I would defiantly go back to try out a full body deep tissue. Also, there is a room where you can have an intimate girls day, get massages bring food and drinks and a joy a day of relaxation, which I can't wait to try. I've been here twice now, once for a den massage and the second time for a deep tissue massage. The overall space is beautiful and serene. Ellen, the owner, is warm and welcoming and it's obvious she brought her interior design background into creating a calm and beautiful space. The den massage was incredibly relaxing. I actually fell asleep from it. I usually am not the type who gets massages for relaxation (mainly for just muscle work). But, it was a perfect hr escape from my usual chaotic days. It is a hidden gem. I called and Ellen Kogan , owner, was able to accommodate us for the same day appointment and I was able to get 2 female masseuses, Princess and Kelsey. My daughter , who was pregnant, and I had a very relaxing massage. I would definitely recommend this place. I wonder how this place has these many stars. I really don't want to give bad review which can affect any business especially in given world. However, there are no covid measures taken into account. Small front area was packed with 5 people waiting and checking out. Temperatures were taken gbut that doesn't really count when you can't keep the place clean. The massage room did not feel clean, the black stool where I kept my bag in the massage room literally had shoe prints on it. The head rest of the table was not changed between clients and I really doubt if sheets were changed. Again, I don't want to say negative things, but the massage therapist did not even once asked what type of pressure I would like, nor checked for any concerns or even rule out any medical issues if I might have. The massage was not rhythmic at all, oil was thick oil like castor oil, there was one bright light in the room which was very powerful in the dark room and that doesn't let you relax. The music was good but was too loud so you can't really relax. The way she wiped off excess oil with just two towels for whole body was very harsh. Plus i have never come across credible place where they don't charge tax if you pay by cash. Do yourself a favor, walk couple stores down and go to another spa, I haven't been there but atleast from outside they definitely were spaced out safe, and were providing fresh surgical mask to each client before entering. Very disappointing experience here, I am afraid I hope I don't get sick. read more

The therapists were very skilled and the atmosphere a lot more high end than the typical quick serve massage place we are used to (like Happy Feet). The antidote to stress. My husband I got 60 minute massages and it was heavenly. It's a different approach. Begin with your feet submerged in warm water while your neck and back is being massaged. Then you ease back into plush leather recliners while your legs and feet are massaged. A treat for tired legs. We slept like babies that night! I had a great experience at tranquility den. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and has a calming energy about it. My massage therapist was very nice and knowledgeable. The massage was a new experience for me since it was not a traditional lay down massage. I sat with my feet in water (which was so nice!) while he rubbed my back.
