My combo brows came out to $400. Skill: 5/5 unlike the two other PMU artists I went to, she took a lot of time to numb, draw measurements, and keep numbing without me having to ask. She's very precise, but works fast! After care: 5/5 After my appointment she gave me a cute thank you bag filled with chocolates, shower protectors to keep my brows dry, high quality ointment, and applicators. Minus one star... the only con is she rests her hand on your eyeballs very hard. I mean like a knuckle in your eyeball. That hurt far more than the tattooing itself. I told her and she said "I have to." Other artists work on the other side. I didn't want my brows to come out funky so I sucked it up. But yeah, I had big bags under my eyes after. This is the worst place you can go to get permanent make up done. She had a special running on fb. It was supposed to be $350 for any combo I picked. When I got there she said it was $450. I get that nobody's face is 100% symmetrical. So when she drew on the template, I told her I think it's uneven. There's more fucking eye lid space on my left eye than my right. She cut me off and kept on telling me it's even. I told her twice. Why didn't I listen to my instincts? I should've walked out. She blocked my phone number and my Facebook and instagram. When I told her how angry I was with her shit eyebrow job, she told me that I was making her feel bad. Bitch you should feel bad bc I have to fucking wear this shit my face permanently. Unfortunately I had to take stars off but keep reading because its for legitimate reasons. Firstly, i want to start by saying that i love my brows & liner that Phoenix did, she does a beautiful job. However there is one HUGE thing that she needs to work on...and that's cross contamination. As a beauty professional, she knows that she must change her gloves frequently, especially after touching things that are not pertaining to the actual procedure. Example: 1st initial appointment, she got up and went outside and on her way, she touched the door knob, the light switch and something else that I cannot remember, but when she came back, she did not change gloves. I kicked myself for DAYS afterwards because I did not say anything because I do not like confrontation. And i prayed nothing would happen (i.e infection, etc) and all was well. in my touch up appointment, she did 2 things that irked me. 1st, the power went out in the middle of my appointment which was obviously not her fault. but it cut into 30 mins of my time/appointment. When it came back on, she started my procedure (again, with the same gloves she had previously taken off). Her cell phone rang, and she picked it up and proceeded to have a 5 min conversation with the person about her pricing. 1) that was rude because this is MY time and 2) after she got off the phone, I asked her this time to please change into new gloves. Instead of right away saying OH YEA of course! she held up her hands and said "these are new gloves". I sais "No they're not & you just used them to pick up your phone." She kind of scoffed & she did change into new gloves but not without retorting "my phone is not dirty." 1st of all: yes all cell phones are dirty, in fact, it is a well known fact that our cell phones carry the most bacteria. and 2nd, i am the customer asking you to put on new gloves, which I shouldn't even have to ask! Unfortunately due to this, i don't know that I will come back to have future work done by her. It is dangerous & not worth the risk for her or the client. Just change into new gloves! better safe than sorry. Although her pricing is great & affordable, i'm willing to pay more for peace of mind that I won't get an infection or something bad happening due to cross contamination. read more

This is the most horrible salon I've ever seen in my whole life! Never Never Never believe the pictures she post! Plus it's a very very very rude woman! ! I got her info from google, only couple of blocks from me, so I called, she answered the phone "who are you?" I was very surprised of her attitude and said "Hi, I'm interested in eyebrow microblading" then she asked me to go to her place right next day. After I sat down, she wrote me an invoice asked me to pay $450 right away. I said I preferred to have consultant first then book another day to do the work. She got mad right away and said she only made appointments to do the job and had never been asked for consultation before. If I really want, I need to pay $50 before any questions. I paid, never got such horrible experience in the U.S. The next day, she texted me asked when I wanna make the appointment to do the eyebrow microblading, I said "your eyeliner pictures showed the eyeshadow was very pretty"she said I can't have that done since my skin got wrinkles, I said "could you please call me when you are free? I got some questions about eyeliners, and I'm considering to do both eyebrow microblading and eyeliners. " Then I never got answered. I texted and called couple of times, all failed, then I used my friend's cell to call, she picked up right away, complained I got too many questions(which I only asked about the eye shadow and she never answered), and said the $50 eyebrow microblading consultant had been completed yesterday, so she's not answering any of my questions about eyeliner, unless I do the eyebrow microblading first. I've been in the U.S. for over 30 years, have never ever seen such rude woman and experienced such horrible service!!! Then I started doing some research for her business, found out someone posted her terrible eyebrow microblading job which were totally different stories as the pictures she advertised. My wife did lip blush with her around 3 months ago. Literally there was no changes in the lip. I asked her why no changes were seen. She said changes will come after few weeks or months. After 3 months my wife contact her still she said it takes time and touch up will bring changes. She made many excuses. She said my wife's lips were uneven blabla...she never realize her weakness. I asked time for touch up. She was not willing to give time. She want to pass the time and charge full even for touch up. I insisted her to manage time for touch up. Finally she manage for 4:30 pm on Sunday. My wife managed time for 4:30, my wife did half day work. Around 2 pm at the same day she messaged and say to come at 2 pm. She is so reckless and unprofessional. She even doesn't have idea about cancellation policy. My wife asked 50% refund. She became angry and said she said she will not give touch up service. This is not the way of business. She is not friendly and not professional. I strongly recommend not to go with her for your lip. She will destroy your original shape and no changes will come finally. Tran wants you to pay for complete service before the consultation. Consultation is 30 minutes. I was horrified when I saw the temporary outline she drew over my old brows and did not want to go further. I was willing to pay her for the consultation and requested the rest of my money be paid back. She got mad and said no refunds.
