She was very polite and without a doubt a person who had been very well trained and who took pride in giving the best service she could. Lauren was able to communicate very well so that my expectations were realistic, Lauren's skill and deep understanding of what she was doing put me at ease immediately. During the procedure she explained everything she was doing and had such a light touch I was barely able to feel anything beyond the slightest pinch. After the procedure she explained any potential side effects as well as the time frame to see the full results. Everything she said was spot on!! Lauren is very good at what she does and I highly recommend both the facility for the professional way they do business; and Lauren for her considerable knowledge and amazing skill. I will use her again for sure and will be recommending Lauren to everyone I know who is considering any kind of botox treatments.

With each appointment she has educated me on each step of the procedure. She explains preparation, the procedure, and after care. I like that she checks for understanding before moving on. I was a little afraid of a permanent tattoo; afraid of the pain and possible errors that would be permanent. She numbs the area and discusses the shape of the tattoo before beginning. Even then, she is more conservative in her approach. I appreciate that she starts smaller and if you would like it larger she adds. It really helped ease my fears, and hooray for the numbing.. no pain! I love how my eyebrows have turned out! I would (and have) recommend Colleen. Attention to detail, good communication, comfortable, clean atmosphere, good price.

I got uneven patches of dark pigment and brows that have different widths. She wanted to work with me to fix it, but I didn't dare go back to her for the second session. I'm currently undergoing the tattoo removal process - (a lengthy and costly one) before I can attempt to re-tattoo them with a different provider.

She spends quality time examining your skin, listening to your concerns, and deciding what your skin needs at that particular visit. At 64, my skin's needs can change, and Veronica customizes each PCA peel by selecting and applying the appropriate serums for my face. She doesn't lock me into a predetermined program. She carefully evaluates my progress and adjusts each treatment based on what she sees--or doesn't see. She combines a true understanding of the science behind skincare with an almost artistic ability to personalize each treatment. I have now completed my third facial peel and my second treatment on my arms. Before my most recent facial peel, she also performed dermaplaning. I was amazed by how much dead skin and buildup she was able to remove, leaving my skin beautifully prepared for the customized treatment that followed. Veronica is honest, thoughtful, cost-conscious, and genuinely invested in achieving the best possible results for her clients. I completely trust her judgment and truly appreciate that every visit is tailored specifically to me. I look forward to continuing this journey with her for many years. She is amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for knowledgeable, individualized, and attentive skincare.

I booked an appointment under a promo they were offering of $8/unit only to be called a couple weeks before my appointment to be informed that will no longer be honored. They made an internal decision to have a different product that apparently costs them more which means pricing needs to be increased. That alone is completely understandable but then that would be pricing moving forward. It was very disappointing. I spoke to her at a farmers market and she seems like a fantastic woman just not impressed with this business management.

Their expertise and experience was shared freely and prepared me for my procedure (pre. and post). Dr. Randy Tate is skilled at his profession. We are very lucky to have him here in Redding! He explained my procedure completely and I feel confident that I couldn't have gotten better care and results! The surgery changed my whole outlook on skincare and health; besides making the subtle improvements in my appearance it has boosted my confidence and motivation to take care of "my investment".

The office itself was beautiful--very clean, and nicely decorated. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Tate himself was the complete opposite of what the office initially conveyed. I came in for lip filler and was very open with Dr. Tate about the look I personally prefer. I explained that I like my lips fuller and even showed him pictures of myself so he could understand what I was looking for. He gave me a consultation, but rather than keeping it at that, I was told that the look I wanted was not "vogue" and was "not in." He also made a joke about seeing me in a couple of months with my "big lips." I laughed it off in the moment, but the comment stayed with me. I also found it unprofessional that he made disparaging remarks about another local beauty/dermatology center, essentially saying that if I wanted "bad work," I could go there. And frankly, there was something particularly uncomfortable about having a male physician make comments and jokes about the way I wanted my lips to look, rather than simply explaining his professional opinion and allowing me to make an informed decision about my own appearance. What I think is important to understand about experiences like this is that women often walk into cosmetic practices already feeling vulnerable. It takes a certain level of confidence to sit in front of someone you have never met and openly discuss the things you may feel insecure about and what would make you feel more confident. You should be able to have that conversation without feeling judged, mocked, or made to feel like your preferences are somehow wrong. I left the office and, once I got to my car, I cried. I immediately called the practice I normally go to--the one where I feel comfortable, respected, beautiful, and welcome. That experience made the difference between the two offices especially clear to me. I understand that every physician has their own aesthetic philosophy and may not agree with a particular look. That is completely fair. But there is a respectful way to communicate that. You can tell a patient that you do not recommend a certain result without making them feel embarrassed or belittled for wanting it. The office itself is lovely, but for me, the way a patient is made to feel matters far more. I ultimately left feeling discouraged and more insecure, which is the exact opposite of what I believe someone should feel when leaving a cosmetic practice.
