I gave MD Imaging Inc. 1 star because they did not bill my insurance correctly which delayed…read moregetting an EOB for almost 3 months. They then decided to bill me the full amount (and not the allowed amount per their contract as in network providers with Blue Cross of California.) I followed up with them, got the billing done right, and sent them a payment. They advised me because I had not made a payment in 3 months they were sending me to collections, even though this was their fault of errors in insurance billing. Ergo, I set up a payment plan with them and they sent me to collections anyways a month later. I called Sierra Receivables and paid it off before it hit my credit. I had 30,000 dollars in medical bills and MD Imaging was unwilling to work with me and make monthly payments.

NOT LISTENING! then when you get your question or situation spoken, she disregards it and continues on with her babble to avoid doing anything. She can't answer basic questions...Such as "Ok, then what is my next step to correct and resolve this"? Her response is "Well I dont know, will send a message to so n so" But then asking how will I know what the result is? Again " I DONT KNOW" The staff is a DIRECT REFLECTION OF THE DOCTOR! and right now, that reflection is pretty poor to say the least.

I'm not sure if or anyone else has experience similar type situations with this doctor but there has been One problem after another of getting the proper prescription to the pharmacist, sending the wrong prescription to the pharmacist, and waiting days for a simple signature from the doctor to get a requested documents signed. It just seemed like there was a total breakdown between the doctor and his office staff and getting anything done. I'm sure the doctor is very busy seeing patients and making hospital visits. And I'm sure that he is one of the top doctors in his profession in this area. but without proper follow-up and having a office staff that can take care of the details I cannot recommend him to other friends and family. And to be totally fair to the office staff. it may not even be their fault it's possible the follow-through directions never made it from the doctor to the office staff? It would be nice if there was a post from the doctors office acknowledging that they are working on this problem, in a effort to better serve their patients. Have gone without my RX multiple times due to front office staff not following through with requests, not submitting PA's, and when I try to explain the importance of my RX and aide effects of not being on it, they just say, "Sorry, you'll just have to wait." I ask to speak with my Dr and im told no. My insurance and pharmacy want to help but can't because of the Dr office neglect. They know they can act however they want because there is no accountability and you can't leave because there no Dr's in the area.

They were under the impression that they needed to see him in order to obtain a referral to a specialist. During the appointment, my friend began explaining her mother's medical history and the reason for the visit. Unfortunately, Dr. Mohammad immediately became argumentative and repeatedly stated that her mother needed a specialist. My friend calmly explained that she understood this and that obtaining a referral was the reason they were there. Despite this clarification, he continued interrupting and raising his voice rather than listening to the concerns being presented. As the conversation became increasingly frustrating, my friend raised her voice in an attempt to explain the situation once again. She was then asked to leave the exam room, despite being her mother's primary caregiver, advocate, and support person. As she was leaving, she was reportedly told that she was no longer allowed in the building. The nursing staff were kind, professional, and compassionate when she later explained what had happened. However, she was unable to speak with a supervisor regarding the incident. Working with elderly patients, especially those with dementia and complex medical conditions, requires patience, empathy, and effective communication. In this case, those qualities were noticeably absent. Rather than taking the time to listen and understand the situation, the doctor appeared rushed, dismissive, and unwilling to engage in a productive conversation. Patients who cannot advocate for themselves depend on family members to do so, and that role should be respected rather than discouraged
